{𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲}

Muteki is a handsome and muscular young man, with an unaging face with adult facial features. He also has a fair and light complexion to his skin with a very faint, almost unnoticeable tan to his skin, more akin to a tan that is in the last stages of fading away. Muteki has shown to have spiky blue hair and a mohawk that is shaved on the sides. His waist is fairly thin compared to his chest. His eyebrows are also blue. His eyes are teal with red segments, and his complexion is tan. He is shown to be taller than most characters, but shorter than both Garterbelt and Corset. His appearance hasn't changed since his mid-twenties. This is due to the fact that godslayers age extremely slowly when they reach maturity. When using his powers or agitated, his eyes glow bright blue. He always wearsdark-grey colors, especially grey and azure.

Despite his status as a Campione, Muteki hates dealing with magic and the supernatural, especially gods and other Campione. This is an attitude that occasionally backfires on him. But despite this, Muteki is a humble and benevolent individual who cares deeply for his friends and loved ones and has a strong thirst for power. As a result, he is very close to both the anarchy angel sisters, Panty and Stocking, and rarely wastes an opportunity to grow stronger.

Muteki isn't one for planning ahead and often speaks his mind. He is willful and often relies on that to get through battles. While Muteki appears to be all brawn and no brain at first, he is actually deeply compassionate and hates to see others hurt. Furthermore, his plans, while odd, have been shown to work. He won't target a group of people without knowing why. He wants to protect all who are innocent. This can make him a little too faithful and easy to be deceived. Muteki tends to not follow orders that prevent immediate action, nor does he do well when dealing with his superiors. His impatience and impulsive nature can get the best of him. Despite this, he has enough restraint to leave when his emotions overwhelm him too much.
