Chapter 2

The very first place to go that came to my mind was f/n's house, which was, unfortunately, on the other side of town. So, as I was walking across the whole town to get to her, I saw...a water tower? What's that doing he- wait. WB? Like, Warner Brothers? Hm...

I just stood there, wondering if I should maybe come closer out of curiousity, when suddenly-

It's time for Animaniacs!

Three...animal-like creatures jumped out of the water tower and sang that line. I tought about what that meant...

Hm...Animaniacs? I think I've heard of them...don't know...

I guess my brain had to be very specific and most clearly recognise the one in the middle, with red baseball hat and a blue sweater. He looked like a dog. Oh well, I'm a dog person:). Sigh, isn't he cute..., I tought. Wait. You can't think that. He's not a real dog, and-

"Hellooo nurse!", I heard the two boys shout. I turned around and saw...the middle dog-looking one with who I supposed was his brother, a taller bunny-like one with brown slacks. I blushed in embarrisment.

"Boys, go fig", I heard the third, female voice. I looked around to see a cat-like girl, her ears tied with a yellow and pink flower and she wore a pink skirt.

"Do I know you?", I blurted out. "Oh well, we're pretty famous around here, but if you wanna get to know us better-", the oldest started, but I was surprised when his brother interrupted, "No, no, no! You can't always start first! Let me try", he said, then turned to me and smiled, "Hey there! Tell me, why are you blushing?". My eyes widened at that. How could he just-

"Yakko, Wakko, that's not how you do it!", the girl saved me, "Watch this!", then she stretched out her hand, "Name's Dot. Nice to meet you!". I gladly shook her hand. "Y/n. Nice to meet you too!", I said, "And don't your ears hurt from that?", I asked. "Nah, I got used to it. I mean, I was drawn that way!", she said.

"Dot", said...Wakko, right? The middle one. "She doesn't understand". I suddenly warmed up. Had he just...no way.

I backed away so I could get a better look at them. "Ok. Yakko, Wakko and Dot", I said, pointing a finger at each of them. They all nodded, smiling. "So, you were...drawn?", I asked. "Yup!", said Wakko, "We're toons!". "Oh...ok", I said.

"So, wanna hang out with us?", asked Dot. "Sure", I said, smiling. "Well then, let's go!", she said and we all went to the water tower.
