Vibe looked at the results in horror, fertile.
Worse, he was apparently a carrier.
This... was a nightmare.
"Come this was Mr Gaster, we have several things to go over," the doctor said once Vibe went over the results.
'Its for Papyrus' he reminded himself, for he could go to jail if he didn't follow this law.
He wasn't ready for children.

"There's a what now!" Vibe cried.
"A geise or geas, a spell on the entire population so they wouldn't fight the population increase program," the doctor explained.
"That's... disgusting," Vibe said horrified, and now that he knew of it he could feel the threads of the magic betting around his soul.
"As a carrier I am allowed to tell you this, the geise will last for ten years at minimum on a carrier maybe more to bring the population up. Unfortunately you will not be able to tell anyone of it. Its actually a pretty horrific thing they've done, I know for a fact that they have not factored in everything," The doctor sighed, there face extremely tired.
"Food, medical supplies..." Vibe murmured frowning.
"They want to increase the population, but the rate they want will be too fast."
Vibe said nothing, knowing the Doctor must be truly upset letting these thoughts out as it could probably lead to his arrest.

"Brother!" Papyrus squealed happily as he came home from school, Vibe smiled hugging his baby brother happily.
"Brother?" his brother asked a bit concerned.
"Just let em hug you a bit longer Paps," he told him.
"Okay?"
