ℚ𝕦𝕚𝕣𝕜: NOISE - the louder the surroundings of the user are, the more powerful they are. the user can focus this on one specific talent/trait they want to enhance, or allow it to just increase every part of them in general.  to help the quirk along, the user often yells very loudly while attacking, or is constantly humming, singing, talking, mumbling, etc. If the user focuses extremely hard, they can copy another person's quirk, as long as that person is being very loud. the copied quirk can only be maintained as long as that person is being loud, and gives the user extreme headaches.
