Omni Lock

In the last chapter you managed to capture the Vreedle Brothers before going after the final escaped prisoner Dio but during the battle your attacks ripped open a portal in time and space which sent you both back to the past which was the moment Ben found the Omnitrix.

Current moment

Ben: "Lets see what else I can turn into maybe something to scare Gwen".

I stood behind a tree watching the ben of the past the Ben of my time had told me he used to be reckless but as he matured he became a much more responsible person and he was right but I don't have any real room to talk because I was the same when I was given the Omnitrix.

Me: "Ben is still a kid however me being here is only going to cause more problems and if Dio is here as well things may turn out even worse".

Gwen: "Who's Dio"?

Me: "Ah Gwen who is he well he's a friend of mine but he can cause a little troublebut tell me why are you sitting all alone".

Gwen: "I'm just doing a little light reading before the doofus tries something because I know he will that watch has gone to his head speaking of the watch yours looks just like Ben's a little different but mostly the same".

I was sweating as I knew Gwen was smart and very observant but this was just insane not only did she see my Omnitrix was just like Ben's but now she's trying to learn more about Dio and me.

Me: "Oh this it's actually a gift from a friend of mine but he passed away a long time ago".

Gwen: "I'm sorry to hear that what was he like".

Me: "He was a friend like no other he taught me so much it was nice being able to see my friend enjoying his life but once he passed it felt like I lost a piece of me but his words keep me moving forward".

Gwen: "He sounds nice well I best go check on Grampa".

I watch Gwen leave and I sat there looking at my Omnitrix as I remember what Azmuth told me when he gave me the Omnitrix before standing up and start walking back to the Rustbucket.

Max: "Oh F/n do you mind helping me catch some fish".

Me: "Sure".

After Max gave me a rod we went to the nearest fishing hole and spent hours only catching 4 fish but it was enough as we begin to head back but when we got back Ben and Gwen were gone until something crashed forcing us to drop the fish and run to it as we see Ben and Gwen.

Ben & Gwen: "Grampa".

Max: "Come on we need to get out of here".

We were about leave as a huge robot appear and begins destroying cars but it did seem to be looking for something but I already knew what was about to happen as Ben activates his Omnitrix.

Ben: "IT'S HERO TIME".

After that Ben transformed into Diamond Head but as the records said Ben didn't know how to use the aliens until he begin using them during his roadtrip but the robot noticed and blasts Ben with a laser.

Diamond Head: "I'm ok".

Ben soon noticed his arm had become like a sword as he rushed at the robot I knew I should help but I couldn't because if I change anything in the past my time will be effected as I notice Dio in the tree line and run after him.

Me: "DIO STOP".

Dio: "And why would I do that after all the feeling of my freedom is most enjoyable".

I activate my nano tech suit which gave me a boost of speed allowing me to catch up quick and grab Dio by the arm as I push him to the ground.

Me: "Ok Dio enough games take us back to our time".

Dio: "And why would I do that look around no rules just freedom and a world to conquer besides I don't have the ability to time travel what happened was an accident".

Me: "Doesn't matter your not getting away from me and as soon as we get back I'm sending you to prison".

Dio: "You know I had an improvement of my own here let me show you".

Dio pushed me off with incredible strength and once I look at him I saw he had fangs like some kind of vampire but I get to my feet and ready to fight.

Dio: "What do you think I had Dr. Animo give me a little improvement".

Me: "It just makes you even more of a monster so lets see you deal with me".

I go to use my Omnitrix however it doesn't work as Dio rushed at me taking me to the ground but even if the Omnitrix is broken I can still fight as he would soon find out as I blast him in the stomach with my repulsors sending him in the air but he soon floats in the air.

Dio: "It seems you held a little trick up your sleeve but that only works once".

As Dio goes for an attack I prepare for a fight but as I did the sun begins to rise and I saw Dio actually look afraid as he hides in the shadows as a beam of sunlight divides us as he looked at me.

Dio: "It seems lady luck was on your side but trust me the next we meet I will kill you".

I watch as Dio vanished into the shadows as a new day dawns and I deactivate my nano tech and start heading back to meet Ben, Gwen and Max but not before speaking with an old friend after which I rejoin the group and I knew Dio would becoming after Ben so I asked if I could accompany them on their roadtrip and Max was more than happy as long as I help with the cleaning which I agreed to as we set off for the journey.

I head to the back and sat down but I did look at my Omnitrix and wonder why it didn't work as I thought it might be because of Ben having one but that doesn't seem likely as his future selves could use their Omnitrix's maybe it's adapting to the sudden time travel either way I need to get home and soon.
