Chapter 3

After breakfast, the boys began to give our girl the tour of the school. She knew that the school is big but she didn't expect it to be this big!! Jaden and Syrus showed her the Ra and Obelisk dorms. She even took notice that the obelisk dorms almost looked like a mansion. And there were two..for male and female.

Syrus tells her that a female must not be be see in the obelisk boy dorm and the same goes for the obelisk girls.

"Okay..so what happens if you're caught tress passing?"

Syrus pales at a memory. "One sentence. You get expelled without a second thought."

Jaden grins. "Yeah.. speaking of which, we almost got expelled for that."

Nnani blinks. "Why were you guys trying to get to the girl dorm?"

"We didn't do it on purpose. Someone framed me by putting a fake love letter in my locker, confessing their love.. I was an idiot to go."

"Yeah, and when Sy got caught..I was given a secret message that he was in trouble and I had to help him. Which also got me in trouble for tress passing as well."

Nnani gasps. "Wow!! How did you guys escape?!"

"We didn't. She challenged Jaden to a duel. If she win, she would report. If Jaden win, we got free."

Nnani couldn't believe her ears. Why would someone try to do such a thing? And an Obelisk girl framed one..if not both of them just because she wanted to duel with Jaden?! Couldn't she have asked?!

'Forget it. She's an Obelisk..she had her reputation to keep ' she groans with annoyance.

Jaden smiles at her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. "Hey don't worry Nnani! It's all good!! She's cool with us now."

Now she's friends with them?!..

She sighs shaking her head. Best to change the subject.

"Oh yeah.. Syrus. I heard that you have an older brother in this school."

"Yeah. My big brother, Zane Truesdale. He's the big man in campus. The real deal in Obelisk blue. Mum says he got the smarts but I got the looks." he spoke with pride.

Another Obelisk blue?! Holy Kami!!

Jaden made a weird face. "Yeah.. I still haven't been able to beat him in a duel, Nnani. He's the only one standing between me and me being the king of games and also, I won't say he's much of a big brother anyway."

"Why do you say that?"

"Because.. Zane's very rude to Syrus. There was even a time, he tried to make Syrus leave the school. Says he's not qualified to be here. I had to talk sense into Syrus."

Nnani couldn't digest the information. Seriously what's with these obelisk students.

Nnani looks at Syrus who looked down sadly. As if all his confidence had gone down the drain. Suddenly, she lifts Syrus up in the air. Since he's short and she had a strength of a man, it was easy. The action caught Syrus surprised!!

"N.. Nnani?!"

"Don't listen to your brother Syrus!! I can tell from one look at you that your an awesome duelist!! Now keep that confidence to a 120% level boy!!"

"Yes!! Yes I have heard you, now please put me down!!!" Syrus shouts embarrassed with a huge blush on his cheeks, while her and Jaden laughed.
