The day had finally come. Claude had finally brought diana to the palace and she was now the Empress. The time spent between Claude and Leo greatly reduced. Claude is always with diana and doesn't spend much time Leo.

Meanwhile Leo indulged himself in work and studies. Handling the Empire since his incompetent father has left everything so he could stay with his lover.

The Nobels have been supportive and co-operative with Leo making his work much easier. He plans on taking the throne even if in the future his father favoured Athanasia more he won't let go of the throne. That has now become his objective. If his mother heard this she will crawl out of her grave and him smack in the back of his head.

He had met Diana and isn't really fond of her. She's too good, kind and innocent definitely not the type of person Leo likes. Atleast Athanasia can glare even a little.

Right now he is in his study doing his work as usual. When Felix came to tell him that his father has invited him for tea which made Leo annoyed. His irresponsible father has left all his work on him and has been fooling around betraying his mother in the process.

Arriving in the garden Leo makes his way to table greets his father and Diana and sits down. He didn't even touch the tea he usually likes to drink.

"I have something to tell you Vasileios." Right Claude doesn't call him 'Leo' anymore. As if he doesn't have any affection left for him. "Leo" Diana calls Leo with her usual loving tone. And Leo doesn't like it. Only people close enough are supposed to call him that not some stranger. "Leo you are going to have a sibling." Diana said in such a happy tone. Leo flinched. He didn't like it but he covered his shock with his apathetic face showing no emotion.

Diana looks at Leo disappointment written on her face. Looking at Diana's sad expression Claude scoffs at Leo.

Leo is thinking on how to get away from this situation just then his aide Reins interrupts their meeting telling him that Leo has a meeting with the council. Leo internally thanks reins for taking him away.

Leo has kind of lost his affection for Claude. Claude changed alot after meeting Diana and he isn't the Claude that Leo once knew of. After Diana does during childbirth maybe even Leo won't spare a glance at Claude's pathetic self. And say something like- 'you should have been loyal to mother rather than living a life of debucherry' who knows only the future can tell....
