Chapter 4.5: Together, we are a family

Ignitius' training wasn't exactly easy, especially when it came to controlling the fire itself. It was frustrating, sure, but Y/N was committed. Unfortunately, little progress was made, whenever Y/N tried to pull off some fire type attacks, it just wouldn't work and it didn't help that Y/N would sometimes feel the harsh fire made by himself burning his dough… Especially when it came to unleashing the most powerful move, The Fire Fury.

Ignitius: "Most peculiar… you got the basics down but…"

Y/N: "What is it?"

Ignitius: "The firestorm within you is in shackles, but from the looks of it, you have performed a fire fury before, correct?"

Y/N: "I did, but that was when I saw Dark Milk in mortal danger, when I got into Dark Choco's way to protect him… I felt an urge to let out some kind of accumulated power within me."

Ignitius: "I see, now I see the main problem. It's not the matter of training in your moves, it's the matter of how you use the very *Aether* within you. You see, every element in existence is controlled by one that has created all beings and can even maintain balance to the elements. It's called *Aether*."

Dark Milk: "So was that not magic then?"

Ignitius: "Well… the electric guardian, Lightning, should explain Y/N's situation better and the matter of Aether. His knowledge is vast to the point where it's encyclopedic."

Last Vanilla: "We should find these *elemental guardians* first Y/N Cookie. We can find them as we also look for the beacons."

Y/N: "I guess that's our next course of action. But what about my training?"

Ignitius: "There will be time for that when you return with Lightning, he should be able to help with your predicament of controlling Aether, head to the beacon of electricity. Your tablet should provide you with the instructions to get there."

Right on cue, the tablet is already pinpointing the next beacon. This time at a familiar place… it's near sweet jelly farms! But there was only a small problem, Captain Ice cookie hasn't returned from her trip…

Y/N: "I don't think we can go there unless we sprout some wings…"

Last Vanilla: "Y/N cookie, there is no need to rush from one place to another, besides this is the chance to help out everyone living on the island. Think of it as a breather alright? We have been just running around saving one place and another, fighting monsters and such."

Y/N: "I… don't even know what to do for now. It's the first time we get the chance to rest from doing all the running and fighting."

Dark Milk: "Hm, well how about we go together and like Last Vanilla said, help out with our new residents of the island. The cookies over at the green gardens area should be happy seeing us as well, we didn't interact with the others since setting up the area."

Y/N: "True… I want to make up for the time spent with everyone I met for now. It'll be nice to see Herb, Sparkling and the others as well."

Ignitius: "Now head off young one, you can train here as you please when you are ready. I'll be over at the magic crafters area teaching the very elements and its origins and of course assist in the construction of the bridge that is gonna connect the main island from the smaller one that is southeast."

-The three cookies head off to the green gardens area, where the first cookies of the mainland live-
