Time skip a few days.

Y/N's POV

Over the few days I've been here they've changed. George, he changed first, though seemingly sweet quickly became super clingy after realising I didn't work for/with them (whoever 'them' is) and started asking the others to switch 'watch', that's what they called it at least, just seemed like an excuse to be alone with me.

Sapnap started to be, somehow, more snappy, but not with me. I think the other two noticed as he appeared to have an even shorter temper than when I arrived, but only when it was to do with me.

And Dream... Ignoring the time I saw him return completely covered in what appeared to be red paint and a dazed look in his eyes. He refused to even let me see outside. All windows, covered with curtains or sheets. Any doors, locked and/or blocked with furniture. All thanks to him.

It seemed that there was only one of them allowed to leave at once. When two of them were 'on watch' they spent more time glaring at each other than 'watching' me, but the minute I even yawned, all eyes were on me for a minute, then right back to glaring. It was like they didn't trust each other to be alone with me. I couldn't even sleep, they were always watching, always. It was becoming unbearable. I was only alone when I went to the bathroom, even then at least one of them was outside the door counting the minutes I was in there.

3rd person POV

Y/N was sleeping while the three men watched over her, as always.

"It's my watch, you two can go." Dream spoke in a commanding tone, earning a quick glare from the other two.

After a minute or two, Sapnap and George begrudgingly stood up and walked out of the room. But, little to the others know, Sapnap let a sly smirk wash over his face, just out of Dreams view.

*Cue George slamming the door in a tantrum*

Time skip

Dream began struggling to keep his eyes open. Y/N realised this rather quickly as she had been faking sleep for the whole time she'd been there, how could she not be? There was at least one person watching her at all times.

She carefully opened one eye, seeing that he was sleeping on one of the three chairs facing the bed.

She carefully peeled back the many quilts and furs the men had set up in the previously empty room. Looking from the boarded-up window to around the room only for her eyes to lock upon the netherite axe resting up against Dream's chair. Her eyes sparkled at the sight. Getting quickly off the bed and heading on her tiptoes towards the chair, she had to, yet again, pull up the oversized trousers George had forced her to wear.

She stood for a second, checking that he was truly asleep. As she started at him she noticed that his face was covered with freckles, now visible as his mask was pushed slightly to one side.

After deciding he was truly asleep, she quickly grabbed the axe, standing still with it raised menacingly in the air, before, with a swift change in demeanour, as well as movement, she broke the thick wood covering the window in one fell swoop. Stopping just long enough to hear Sapnap and Georges's previous duties come crashing down. Proceeding to swing the axe one final time to completely demolish the remaining shards of glass from the previous swing.

Hearing rapid footsteps approaching the door, she daren't look back. As the door swung open she leapt out of the window and began running for what she believed to be her life.

Y/N's POV

As I ran I could hear the door slam open so hard I half thought it can't off its hinges, then the yelling and the screaming. Half at Dream for falling asleep on watch and half at me to come back. I just knew that one, if not all, of them, would begin a 'manhunt' as they called it the second they got over the initial shock.

3rd person POV

When Dream realised what had happened, you could feel the pure unrivalled anger radiating off him, so strong some might even have called it an aura. He forcefully snatched Georges's dagger from its holster, before jumping out the window to chase after the, not so unsuspecting, girl.

All the while, the other two men, stood motionless attempting to understand why their 'love' would leave them.

Y/N kept sprinting through the seemingly vast woods by the house she had come to despise, although the running was uncomfortable and slightly painful as the only thing she had on her feet was a pair of red woollen socks that Sapnap had gifted her. It also didn't help that the Trousers from George still kept falling down seriously in need of a belt. Not even taking into consideration that Dreams shirt was more like a dress.

But there was no time to think about that as she could hear the crunching of leaves and snapping of twigs, paired with maniacal laughter approaching far faster than she could run. In a sudden stroke of what appeared to be genius, she began zigzagging through the extensive forest.

Dream quickly caught onto this and began chuckling, which was somehow more disconcerting than the previous laughter.

She just kept running, faster tears pricking the corners of her eyes as she went. Beads of sweat began rolling down her face causing her hair to start sticking to her face. She ran and ran and ran, until her head began spinning and her vision went fuzzy, then bright white and then black.

"Shit" she mumbled.

Then a hand came out of nowhere pulling her behind a tree, and covering her mouth.

She began struggling to get out of the person's hold and attempting to scream for help.

"You want him to find us?" questioned the stranger in a concerned yet pissed tone.

The girl thought for a second before mumbling something and lightly shaking her head 'no'. Before her vision went completely black.
