~One Week Later and switching to Violet's POV~ (Also when I say things like he/they and they are italicized i'm purposely being vague k?)
I can't remember a lot. Every day my memory is getting worse and worse. I don't remember much about yesterday, I think they were talking about me being ready for something. They've made it clear that if I don't willingly agree to anything they say, everything will be a thousand times worse. That being said, I'm just trying to get through even with following orders. I have bruises and scars lining my body that I end up receiving even if I listen to them. Small holes also line my arm from the chair. As I'm attempting to recall anything from the previous days, months, or years, he walks up to my door. "Sound soldier, you're ready." He says, opening my door. I don't even ask, I just follow him. He trusted me enough to let me walk by myself, although trust is probably the wrong word considering there are three guards with him and they can control my powers with this stupid braclet that won't come off. Trust me, I've tried. He walks to the room with the chair, and I tense up. However, he leads me to the corner of the room. "We have your next mission, soldier." He says and hands me a file. I flip through the file and see a bunch of photos of people, who all look relatively familiar, but I can't remember who they are. "What am I supposed to do?" I ask him. "Easy. Eliminate them." He says, like it's nothing. I let my jaw drop. "No! What did they do? There is no reason to kill them!" I protest, knowing what will happen if I do. He sighs. "Prep for level 5." He says, and the three men drag me to the chair. I scream and try to fight them off, but I'm too weak. I have little strength, especially without my powers. I also haven't had much to eat or drink in a while. The men strap me into the chair, and I brace myself.
~Loki's POV~
All of the days were blending together since Violet was taken. None of us were getting much sleep, and we were all barely eating and drinking. To make matters worse, most of the team completely despised me now that Violet wasn't here. I tried to use my magic to find her, but failed miserably. I was devastated. Violet was the one person who had not completely judged me and hated me for my actions besides my mother. The alarm went off. I jumped up, and followed everyone else to the launch pad. We hadn't had anything significant to deal with lately, just a few things that one person would go to take care of. I noticed the entire team looked confused but hopeful. Somebody clearly wasn't telling me something. I entered Natasha's mind and figured out what was going on. People had spotted Violet, and she was coming straight to Stark tower. However, she had been seen destroying things in her path. Natasha was sure that Violet was being mind controlled, and so was I. Tony spoke briefly telling the team where we were going. We all flew down to a roadway that had been blocked off, taking the jet down. As soon as we stepped out of the jet, we were knocked down by a wave. A sound wave. We all layed there in shock as we looked up at Violet, who was wearing a long sleeved suit with gloves with a red star patched on her left shoulder and wore a mask covering her mouth and nose. While we stopped, she didn't. She quickly raised one of her guns from her holster and pointed it at Clint. Before she could pull the trigger, Tony jumped up. "Violet! It's us, we're your friends. Not your enemy." He said, and Violet turned to look at him. I could see the hint of recognition in her stare, but it was quickly lost. "I have no friends." She said, and turned back to Clint. Before she could raise her gun at him, however, she was tackled to the ground by Natasha. She was able to quickly recover and knock Natasha down. Kate went up to her, and put down her bow. "Vi, please, we aren't going to hurt you, let us help you!" Kate pleaded, holding out her hand for Violet. Violet looked for a second, and it almost seemed as if she were going to come to, but then she punched Kate. She started fighting us, taking on multiple at a time. She hadn't gotten to me yet, and I was thinking. She was definitely powerful enough to potentially take all of us out, especially since nobody here would have the thought of hurting her, not even me. I stepped in front of her and Yelena, thinking of what I could do to possibly get her to realize what she was doing. I spoke into her head. 'Violet, stop this.' She looked around, confused. 'Violet Hallsdottir of Vanaheim, we are your friends. We can help you. Please, let us. Don't let anyone get hurt, I know you hate seeing others hurt. Trust me, I promise to help you.' I said into her head, hoping she wouldn't shoot me right there. Somehow, someway, emotion flooded into her eyes. She rushed up to me, and hugged me, which shocked me. She slowly looked around, and took her mask off. "What did I do?!" She whispered, before falling to the ground.
