Jungkook's POV

My lazy day to just lay around the house, I'll also play some videogames and eat some snacks. School is done for the day, and tomorrow is Saturday, no school for me. I can relax and close my eyes for as long as I..... My phone is still on. It's ringing. Who's calling me at this time? "Hello?" I answered it without looking at the caller ID.

"Hey Jungkook, it's me." Jin hyung? I moved the phone from my ear to look at the caller ID. It was indeed his name on the screen. "I'm heading over to Jimin's to give you something. Can you give me his address. I haven't been there in a while." My eyes widened at the request Jin was asking. "Jungkook? Are you there?" I didn't know what to say. In my head, I was panicking.

"I'll text it to you. Just give me a few." I hung up the phone as soon as I could and called Jimin. He picked up real quick. "Jimin! Jin hyung is heading to your house to see me! Code Red!" Jimin gasped. "If he gets there before me, stall him."

"Okay, just get here quickly. You know he lives just around the corner from my house." Jimin told me, and I sighed. "Have you even left your house yet?"

"I need to get dressed! Today was supposed to be my lazy day." I can tell Jimin was disappointed in my reply, but I didn't have time for this. "Just keep him talking and away from the upstairs room."

"Okay, okay. I get it. Just hurry." I hung up the phone and ran to my room to get dressed. Right when I was done and had my shoes on, I texted Jin hyung the address to Jimin's house. I was out the do in under a minute and running down the street. Jimin hyung lives on the same road, but way down near the end. Jin hyung it closer, but on a different road.

"Damn it, why must he come out of nowhere?" As I ran, I had to come to a complete stop and run in a different direction. Jin came around a corner, and so I had to hide behind a house. Good thing the people who live in the house were gone for the week. They won't ask any questions until they get back. Once Jin was out of sight, I ran a different way to Jimin's house. It wasn't a shortcut because it took me longer to get to his house than the other way.

"What are you doing?" A voice asked as I jumped Jimin's fence. "Jungkook?" I looked at the person and put my finger to my mouth. Hopefully, Taehyung takes the hint and shuts up. "Okay, I'll whisper. What are you doing?"

"J-Jin H-Hyung is here. T-To see me." I said as I tried to catch my breath. Taehyungs eyes widened and got into a spot Jimin probably mentioned to him earlier. He cupped his hands, and I went over and stepped to be able to climb to the second story. I wiggled my way into Jimin's window without making a sound and was scared shitless when Jin was standing at the doorway. "Hyung!"

"Did you just climb in the window?" Jin asked, and I couldn't hide it anymore. With a sigh and a deep breath, I was ready to tell Jin the truth, but an idea came to mind. "Jungkook, why did you climb into the window?" I smiled at him.

"To be adventurous." That was my reply I gave to him. He raised a brow and shook his head. He looked surprised or dumbfounded by the answer. "I wanted to be reckless for a day." Jin sighed and handed me what he came to give me.

"My mom made some extra for you." I grabbed it and stared for a moment. "I also wanted to talk to you about something." Why does he seem nervous? He's literally making me nervous as well. "Kook, you're going to be 18 soon, and I wanted to ask you what you would like as a present." I was surprised.

"What I want?" Jin nodded, and I thought about my answer. "How about a date with you?" My words were hesitant. They were slow. I was too afraid of his reaction that I whispered it.

"What was that?" Jin questioned. I took a deep breath to find the courage to say it again, but louder.

"A date with you." I did it, I said it louder, and I sounded a bit more confident, but my body was shaking. "I want to go on a date with you." Jin looked like he was frozen. He isn't saying anything yet, and I'm becoming worried about this silence. "Hyung?" I reached up to tap him, and he flinched. "Are you alright?"

"Yes, I'm sorry. Your request caught me off guard." He finally responded. "I guess I could make that happen." My eyes widened in shock. I never expected that reply from him. I can't even believe it's real.

"Wait, really?" Jin nodded. "Y-You don't hate me?" Jin froze again for a second.

"I don't, I never did." I frowned. Then why was he acting like a dick?"

"Why act like a dick for almost 5 years?" Crossing my arms over my chest, I waited for him to reply.

"I was an idiot, I'm sorry, Jungkook." He's apologizing now when I'm about to turn 18. He's been a dick since I was 13. What the fuck?

"It makes no sense." Jin pulled out his phone to check something, but that wasn't. "Why -" Jin cut me off from what i was about to ask next.

"After school on Friday. The day after your birthday we will go on our date." He said, and I was frozen. "Well, by Kook." He ran out of the room and out of the house faster than I've ever seen him go.

"The fuck?"
