5:30 am shows the clock on the nightstand. I've only slept for two hours, thanks to the eight-hour time difference. So, that means it's only 9 pm back home. I should probably go on a run to tire myself out. I quickly get up and change into my workout clothes, making sure to grab my headphones before I leave.
As I stretch on the grass before running and blasting Paramore, I can sense that someone or something is watching me. I casually glance around while stretching my arms out and —-
— nothing. Maybe I am just being paranoid since it is foggy outside and recently listened to a murder podcast. So I decided just to start my run and create a new route for my daily runs. Twenty minutes in and I made it into the town. I know I smell gross from running, but I still head into Tesco as I need to pick up groceries.

I walk into Tesco, and I immediately head to the pasta section, looking for the ingredients to cook my everyday pasta dish. I also shop for a variety of vegetables for a soup dish I can make later when the weather gets chilly. As I am walking around the corner of the aisle to head towards the checkout I bump into someone, and of course, he was hot.
"Shit my bad, are you okay?" says the guy.
"Yeah, I'm okay, thanks. What about you?" I say.
"I'm fine, it's my fault anyway for not looking"
I glance down trying to hide my flushed face and notice that there is a coffee bag on the floor between us. As I am bending down to grab it our heads collide with each other, and as we look at each other we start laughing.
"I guess we're both clumsy today," he says.
"Yeah, I guess so" I give him a smile.
"I should go before I do something stupid again. Have a lovely day... Um by any chance what is your name love."
"I'm Victoria, and what may I call you."
"Nice to meet you Victoria, I'm Theo. Well, hopefully, I get to see you around without making a complete fool of myself."
"Have a nice day Theo."
As Theo walks away, I try to gather myself and decide to head to the candy aisle. I definitely need some chocolate after what occurred.

I arrive back at my dorm 30 minutes later. Thankfully the bus was already at the station since it started pouring rain. As I walk into the communal kitchen of my flat, I get a smell of delicious food. I walk in and see Luna by the stove prepping a dish, I assume it's one of the delicious vegetarian dishes she always whips up for the both of us since we're the only vegetarians in the flats. Well don't get me wrong I eat some type of meat here and there since I just became a vegetarian a couple of months ago. One reason why I love Luna is cause she reads my mind perfectly. She's currently making one of our favorite dishes, tomato soup with a side of baguette.
"Smells delicious, Luna," I say.
"Thank you Victoria, food should be ready in 10 if you'd like to eat with me."
"Yeah sounds good to me, thanks. I also bought groceries, mostly to make pasta this week if you want to cook a new pasta dish with me."
"Ooo yes, I have been wanting to make that lemon garlic pasta that I told you about."
"Yes please, especially since we need to use the shrimp by Sunday, it would be a shame for it to go to waste."
"I'll be back in a minute, I just want to drop off my things in my room."
