Dangerously Yours (SERIE FEROCI 10)

Chapter Seventeen

We spent a whole week together. It was the happiest days of my life. For the past days, Caius was always gentle. We cuddled a lot, made love a lot, we'd watched a lot of movies, we did a lot of things... Nagsisimula na kaming umakto na parang mag-asawa. 

"Caius?" 

I put his clothes in the wardrobe neatly, then I faced him. Kakauwi niya lang. Sinabi niya sa akin na pupuntahan niya lang si Cadence. Hindi ko siya sinundan. Hindi ko rin alam kung bakit... He said he's just going to meet with Cadence, and I trust him. 

Lumapit sa akin si Caius at yumakap. Nagtaka ako sa ginawa niya pero hindi na lang ako nagsalita at yumakap din sa kaniya. Nagulat pa ako nang bigla ako nitong binuhat saka dinala sa kama. He sat on the bed, then he made me sit on his lap. He hugged my waist then buried his face on the curve of my neck. 

"Bakit? Hindi ba kayo nagka-ayos ni Cadence?" nag-aalalang tanong ko.

"Okay na. Hindi naman kami nag-aaway nang matagal," bulong na lang niya. "He may not be my brother by blood, but we've lived through shits together. We're brothers by bond."

Natigilan ako. "Hindi kayo magkadugo?" tanong ko pa. 

Caius looked at me and nodded. I kissed his lips and hugged him... Kaya naman pala hindi sila magkamukha. Caius looks like a foreigner, Italian to be exact. Cadence looks more... Filipino? They are both handsome in different ways. Cadence has soft features. Iyong tipo ng mukha na kapag tiningnan mo, hindi mo iisipin na gumagawa ng masama. He has the brightest smile too. Caius on the other hand looks more rough and rugged. Iyong tipo na hindi mo lalapitan dahil mukhang masungit o kaya galit. Dumagdag pa sa appeal niya ang mga tattoos niya sa katawan. 

I looked at Caius, he's staring at the floor. Mukhang malalim ang iniisip niya. Natigilan lang siya nang mapansin na nakatingin ako sa kaniya. He smiled a little then kissed my lips. I gently caressed his hair and kissed him back. 

"Is there a problem?" I asked after our soft and gentle kiss. 

Caius shook his head. "I'm just quite tired... By the way, what do you want me to cook?" he asked. 

"Nagluto na ako."

"Really? What did you cook for me?" he asked and gently caressed my thigh. 

"Adobo."

"You seem to be enjoying cooking these past few days," he said. He gently caressed my hair. 

I smiled and nodded. "Yup! Gusto mo tikman?" 

Tumayo ako at hinawakan ang kamay niya. Hinila ko siya palabas ng kuwarto saka dinala sa kusina. Nagpatianod na lang siya sa akin. Pinaupo ko siya sa upuan saka nagsimulang maghain para sa kaniya. 

He immediately pulled me to sit on his lap after that. He hugged my waist with his one arm and kissed my shoulder blade. Hinayaan ko na lang siya na maging clingy dahil gustong gusto ko naman. 

I actually want to ask him... if he already has feelings for me too. But I'm scared, for some reason, I couldn't ask him that. 

Kung dati, kinakaya ko sa tuwing sinasabi niya na wala siyang nararamdaman... pakiramdam ko ngayon, hindi na. Pakiramdam ko masasaktan talaga ako kapag sinabi niya... na wala siyang nararamdaman. 

"Feed me," he whispered. 

I just giggled and gently stroked his hair with my fingers. "Okay," sinabi ko na lang saka kinuha ang kutsara para subuan siya. 

Kumain kami nang ganoon, sinusubu-subuan ko siya. Hindi na yata ako nakakain nang nakaupo sa upuan. He always wanted me to sit on his lap. I have no problem with that though. In fact, I liked it so much.
