hi, hello, hey.

So When Worlds Collide has drawn to a close, but fear not-- Shannon's time with the party is far from over. As I noted at the very beginning of this book, there is much more to come. Although it will be a little while before I begin posting anything related to book two, I will be working on these ideas so that when I do begin posting, I will have a clear-cut direction to follow to keep updates coming regularly, but I intend to resume with this series yet this year.

In the meantime, enjoy this little tidbit I can share with you: the (tentative) synopsis of book two of the Chronicles in Babysitting titled Right At Home.

Shannon Bishop has had more than enough horror in Hawkins, Indiana to last a lifetime. As if the shocking death of her mother two years ago hadn't been terrible enough, the shocking discovery of what she and her friends called the Upside Down and its monsters last year was more than enough to keep anyone from sleeping at night. Now that they have closed the gate, all of that is behind them now.

At least, so they thought. Will Byers might be back in their dimension, but something isn't right with him or their small town. With no one else aware of the possible growing threat, it sure seems like it's up to the party and their ragtag group of misfits to put a stop to everything supernatural once and for all.

Shannon knew this year wouldn't be an easy one with trying to juggle a new social circle and ignore her growing feelings for a certain teenage boy, but fighting more monsters from another dimension right at home hadn't even been on her list.

Also, I might as well share the cover graphic I've had made to match this series' current aesthetic:
