3rd POV:
The guild erupted into chaos the moment the couple departed, leaving behind a whirlwind of emotions and unanswered questions. Shock reverberated through the crowd, punctuated by exclamations thrown in every direction.
"Pregnant?!"
"She's married!"
"I didn't make it into the guild?!"
"We're still just students?!"
"What will become of me if I can't pay rent?!" sobbed one member, teetering on the brink of hysteria.
Amidst the uproar, Macao's voice cut through the noise like a thunderclap. Holding his sobbing daughter close, his wife conjured thick vines from the earth. Purple flames danced at the corners of Macao's eyes, their once warm hue now replaced with a dark intesity.
"Silence!" His command resonated with authority. "You will all attend the Academy to learn control over your powers. And know this," his voice dropped to a foreboding whisper, "First Master's spell ensures none can leave without consequence."
A collective shiver ran through the crowd as Macao continued, outlining their fate. "You will be transported to your accommodations on this mountain. Those of the academy reside at the bottom, while higher ranks dwell above. Flight and teleportation will be disabled until you reach the gates. Only select few can navigate these zones freely."
Happy, now assuming his human form as Coach Lec, interjected with a sadistic smile. "Know this, only my family calls me Happy. And you are not my family."
With a flourish, Happy, in his human form, unfurled his angelic wings, soaring into the sky. He conjured a fierce gust of wind, sending it barreling towards the group. Then, with a flick of his hand, lightning crackled through the air, striking Laxus, who could do nothing but endure the pain. "Impressive. You and I will have an interesting time training together," Happy remarked before disappearing into a tornado of lightning, leaving the arena in his wake.
Macao's gaze swept over the stunned crowd, his expression grave. "How none of you noticed her obvious pregnancy is beyond me. But if any of you jeopardize Rengokou-sama and Lucy-sama's happiness... My family and the entire guild will unleash hell upon you."
A deep sigh is released from his mouth as a turns his gaze towards his son "Romeo, you can stay with Dragneel and Strauss until you learn to respect your elders. Until then, me, Alanna, and our daughter Giana will be in our home waiting for you to act your age." With that, he turned and departed with his remaining family, leaving the others to contemplate their actions.
In the wake of his declaration, the crowd dispersed, each member grappling with the weight of their newfound reality.
"What just happened?" Romeo's voice trembled with disbelief, unable to comprehend his father's implicit disapproval. "There's nothing wrong with my attitude. I mean, sure, I may have called them weak, but I've seen their strength firsthand... It's not like I meant it."
Attempting to justify his behavior, Romeo turned to the others, only to be met with downcast eyes and heavy silence. It was then he realized the gravity of their mistakes.
"We need to prove ourselves better, more mature. We don't need this academy nonsense. We're not destructive," Natsu declared, flames dancing in his fists as he sought to rally the group. But as he looked around, he found only avoidance until Gray stepped forward, breaking the tension.
"I believe attending the academy is the right move. Remember, we left the guild in ruins, drowning in debt. It would have taken years to recover," Gray stated, turning to address the crowd.
Levy nodded in agreement. "The upgrades made to the guild alone would have cost millions of jewels. And the facilities here are top-notch. We have the chance to train like never before."
"Considering the caliber of students here and the stringent acceptance rate, it's clear we have room for improvement. This is an opportunity to become stronger, to reach the levels of our peers in Fairy Tail," Erza added, her voice firm with determination.
Slowly, heads began to lift as the realization dawned. They could turn this setback into an opportunity for growth. With newfound resolve, they set off towards their dorms, ready to embrace the challenges ahead.
But amidst the collective acceptance, inner turmoil brewed within each individual.
Romeo wrestled with a guilty conscience, his ego warring against his better judgment. He couldn't bring himself to admit his mistakes, instead clinging to pride as a shield against his father's disappointment.
Natsu's greed for power consumed him, blinding him to the consequences of his actions on those around him. His thoughts swirled with visions of strength and dominance, oblivious to the pain he caused.
And Gray, burdened by newfound powers bestowed upon him by his father, grappled with the weight of responsibility, his feelings towards Juvia, and his ignorance towards other members of FairyTail. In the quiet of his solitude, he confronted the truth of his actions and the fragility of his own control.
As they embarked on their journey of self-discovery and growth, each faced their own demons, unsure of what the future held but determined to face it head-on. For in the hands of adversity, true strength is forged, and redemption becomes possible. It was the question of whether they would emerge unscathed or succumb to the darkness that remained to be seen.
