"How the hell did he..." Kenny says, as he's shocked that Travis came back as a biter. "I don't know. He wasn't bitten" John responds. "You don't think I know that?" Kenny says. Mark runs in the room after hearing the screams.
"What is going... oh shit" Mark says, as he sees Travis's dead body. "He came for us" Kenny says. "I figured. Guy was always an ass. He had a problem with you guys as soon as y'all walked in the door" Mark says. Then Miles runs in the room and sees Travis's dead body. "You guys killed Travis!?" Miles said. "He came for them. You knew Travis was bad news" Mark says to Miles. "Yea... I know. But, it's still surprising" Miles said. "Where's Kaleb?" Mark says. "He ran off when he saw us kill Travis" John says. "What? Like away from the base?" Miles said. John nods his head. "Dammit! Guy was always a coward. He always followed Travis's orders" Miles says. "Well, you guys should get some sleep. We'll deal with the body. See you tomorrow" Mark says, as him and Miles grab Travis's dead body and carries it out.
"Wait. You guys killed somebody?" Christa says. "It had to be done. He pointed a shotgun at Kenny. He couldn't be trusted" John says. "Mom, are we like Lily?" Katlyn asks Christa. Everyone is surprised by this. Christa is at a lost of words. Kenny then gets on one knee and talks to Katlyn. "No, Katlyn. What Lily did is nothing like what we did" Kenny says. "Ok" Katlyn says. "Well, like Mark said, we should get some sleep. Goodnight" John says, as he walks away. Everyone goes to their rooms and goes to sleep. Walter stays in Veronica's room and watches over her.
The next day, everyone wakes up. Quinn goes to talk to Walter. "Sup. You get any sleep?" Quinn says to Walter. "Barely. Too busy watching over Veronica" Walter says. "She ok?" Quinn asks. "Hopefully". "You ok?" Quinn asks Walter. "I'm fine, really. It's not about me" Walter says. "Just checking. We're having breakfast. You can come if you want" Quinn says. "Okay. I'll tell Veronica". Quinn walks off to go eat breakfast.
The group is eating breakfast, laughing and cheering. But Kenny is still stuck on the fact that Travis turned into a monster, even though he wasn't bitten. "So, Mark. When Travis died, he turned, and I don't think he was bitten" Kenny says to Mark. "You guys don't know?" Mark says. Everyone gets quiet, then Jenna speaks. "Know what?" Jenna asks Mark. Mark and Miles look at each other. "Everyone's infected" Mark says. "What do you mean by 'everyone is infected'?" John says. "Everyone is infected with the virus. Doesn't matter how you die, doesn't matter who you are" Miles said. "You won't turn if your brain gets damaged".
Everyone starts panicking. "YOU KNEW THIS AND YOUR NOW JUST TELLING US!" John yells, as he gets up angrily. "We thought you guys knew!" Mark says. "OH, BULLSHIT, MAN!" John yells. Walter runs in after hearing yelling. "What the fuck is going on!? Veronica is still resting!" Walter says. "HEY, CHECK THIS OUT, WALTER! WE'RE ALL INFECTED!" John says to Walter. "What?" Walter says, as he's shocked. "YEP! ALL INFECTED! DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED TO US, WE'RE GONNA TURN INTO THOSE UGLY BASTARDS REGARDLESS!" John says. "John, calm down!" Kenny says. "OH MY FAULT! IF WE GET A BULLET TO THE HEAD, THEN MAYBE WE WONT TURN INTO THOSE UGLY FREAKS!" John yells. "John, can you calm down!? You're scaring my daughter" Christa says. "Can you guys please-" Mark gets cut off by a siren. The siren is drawing in the biters from outside.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT NOISE!" Kenny yells. "ITS THE EMERGENCY SIREN THE BASE HAS! SOMEONE MUST'VE TURNED IT ON!" Mark says. "WELL, TURN IT THE FUCK OFF THEN! THAT NOISE IS DRAWING BITERS IN!" Kenny says. "OK! I'LL SHOW YOU!" Mark says. "I'LL GO TO THE ARMORY TO CLEAR THE MONSTERS!" Miles said. "IM COMING WITH YOU!" John says, as he runs with Miles. Kenny and Mark run to turn off the siren, as John and Miles run to the armory.

While Kenny and Mark are running to turn off the switch, Kaleb comes out of nowhere and hits Mark's head on the wall, knocking him out. "How the hell did you...". "I've been in the army for 10 years. You think you can just drive up to my base and kick me out? Nahh" Kaleb says as he cuts Kenny off. "You ASSHOLE!" Kenny says, as he runs to Kaleb, picks him up, and slams him. Kaleb gets back up and punches Kenny. Kenny recovers with a punch that lands on Kaleb. Kaleb then grabs Kenny and pushes him to the wall. Kaleb grabs Kenny face and starts banging his head on the wall. Kenny then elbows Kaleb's face, but Kaleb recovers with a headbutt. Kenny starts to get woozy. Kaleb throws a punch and it lands on Kenny, which knocks Kenny to the ground. Kaleb tries to throw another punch, *BAM* Miles shoots Kaleb in the head, killing him instantly.
"You okay?" Miles says to Kenny. "Yep". Miles and John got back from the armory, they got guns in a military bag. "We saw Mark knocked out in the hallway, he's awake now. Kaleb must've done this" Miles said. "You think!?" Kenny responds. "Its getting bad out there! We need to turn that siren off, NOW!" John says.
Kenny, John, Mark, and Miles run to go stop the siren. "THIS IS THE ROOM" Mark says, as they found the room the siren controls are in. When Mark opened the door, the room was full of biters. "HOLY SHIT!" Kenny yells. They shoot them at first, but it's too much biters. They start to run, as the biters are chasing them. They run to the group. Veronica comes out after hearing what is happening. "What's going on!?" Veronica said. "GET YOUR SHIT, WE GOTTA GO!" Kenny tells the group. "What's happening!?" Jenna says. "NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! LETS GO NOW!" John says. The group runs and gets their stuff, quickly. "BITERS!" Christa says as she sees them. "WE GOTTA GO, NOW!" Quinn says. The biters are catching up to the group. The group goes to the exit, go out, and closes the door behind them. When they go out, biters from outside see them and are going after them. They try to run, but the group gets split up. Kenny, Quinn, Walter, Veronica, Jenna, Mark, Christa, and Katlyn are running to the van. John and Miles gets split up from the group, getting chased by biters.
John and Miles are running from biters, they are shooting some of them while they run. They get surrounded by biters. "GET ON TOP OF THE TRUCK!" Miles said. They jump on top of a military truck, trapped by biters. "What are we gonna do!?" Miles said.
The others run to the van and goes inside, quickly. Kenny sits in the driver's seat. "WE GOT SPLIT UP FROM JOHN AND MILES! WE GOTTA GO GET THEM, NOW!" Quinn says. "I KNOW GODDAMMIT! WE'RE GOING AFTER THEM AS SOON AS WE GET THIS BABY STARTED UP!" Kenny says, as he's trying to start up the van. The biters are banging on the van's door.
John and Miles are trapped on top of a military truck, surrounded with biters trying to kill them. "How many bullets left!?" John says. "It doesn't matter, there's way too much of them!" Miles said. "Shit!". "Do you gotta plan!?" Miles said. With thought, John comes up with something. "Now I do!" John says. John grabs the military bag full of guns, that is on Miles's back. He pulls on it and tries to take if off of Miles. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Miles yells. "COMING UP WITH A PLAN!" John says. John successfully takes the bag off of Miles, then he grabs Miles. John is trying to feed Miles to the biters, to save himself. Miles starts punching John, but John doesn't let go of him. John is pushing him on the edge of the truck. Miles starts scratching John's face, pulling on his hair, but John doesn't let go. Miles then starts pushing his thumbs in John's eyes, but John doesn't let go. "Fuck... fuck.... fuck... NO!" Miles says, as he's on the edge on the truck, the biters start grabbing on his hair. John then punches Miles to let go of him, and he succeeds. John throws Miles into the biters. The biters start devouring Miles while he's screaming. John then grab the bag and puts it on his back. The biters are too busy eating Miles, they're not paying attention to John. John takes this opportunity and gets off the truck. He then makes a run for it, trying to find the van.
The group finds John running. "THERE'S JOHN!" Christa says. Quinn opens the van's door and lets John in. Mark notices that Miles is not with John. "WHERE'S MILES" Mark says to John. "He didn't make it.." John says, breathing heavily. "Oh no.... fuck!" Mark says, as he sits down. Walter notices John's scratches and bruises, he gets suspicious about John. "What happened to your face?" Walter asks John. John doesn't respond. "We gotta go!" Kenny says. "NO, DON'T LEAVE MY CAR!" Jenna says. "Jenna, your car is surrounded by biters! I'm sorry, but we have to go!" Kenny responds. Kenny drives off while the biters are following the van. The army base has been overran by biters, as the siren is still going.
The group is back on the road, trying to find safety, trying to survive, trying to live....
