Tejasswi and Karan bonded well, Karan was happy finding a good friend in Tejasswi. Everyone was happy that their bond was becoming well.

Karan and Tejasswi spent time working together, she knew he was falling for Palak. He loved her work and sincerity.

"Teja, which one?" He showed 2 shirts to her. "Kaha jaana hai?"

"Date pe, raat ko!" Karan said looking at the mirror and trying the shirt over him. "Kitni baar toh jaa chuka hai tu Karan-"

"Office se na, aaj pehli baar proper date parr jaa rahe hai." Karan pouted and she nodded. "Okay fine, wear this dark blue, Palak ko color bhi pasand hai..."

"Yeah she said she loves all the shades of blue." Tejasswi smiled and masked her emotions perfectly. She didn't know what destiny had planned for her, planning dates of her man with some other woman or what!

"Kundrii, wear this-" Tejasswi passed him his watch. "Okay, as you say."

"Mujhe school jaana hai aaj thoda final looks dekhne..." Tejasswi said casually. "Teja abhi raat hone wali hai-"

"Yaar!" Tejasswi said offensively. Karan shook his head at her antics. "Text me when you come back home!"

"Hmmm, enjoy your date!" Tejasswi had stopped following them secretly since last dates. She had realized that her role in his life will remain limited to best friends. Palak had taken her place, Karan had moved on.

Tejasswi took a car and left. Karan smiled and sat in his car driving to the restaurant she had called him to. He reached there and went inside.

"Hi," She smiled and they side-hugged. "You look nice." He said with a grin and she smiled, "Thank you K." They sat on their tables and ordered for themselves.

"You know how difficult it was to choose what to wear!" Palak chuckled. "Oh you would look good in everything-" She said in between her laughs. "I know, but Teju helped me." He said laughing too. Palak frowned in her mind, "why was this girl getting too close to my boyfriend?" She thought but faked a laugh. "Teja is amazing at that though." Karan picked up a morsel and ate it. "Yeah she is," She said drinking her wine.

They were having dinner and enjoying their date, Palak had decided to confess her feelings for Karan and also ask him to take their phase to a relationship level.

"Karan, actually..." She smiled and her hands traced his hands through the table. She kept her hands on his and before she could continue, his phone rang.

"Excuse me, I am sorry." He picked up, it was Umar's call. "Hello!"

"What... no no I know... yeah don't worry I'll leave right away... yes definitely!" He cut the call and looked at Palak apologizing. "What happened is everything fine?"

"No, it is important otherwise I wouldn't have left." He said getting up. "Call me okay."

"Yeah!" Karan shouted while he reached outside. He quickly sat inside his car and drove towards Tejasswi's school.

"Yeh ladki pagal hai!" He whispered harmless curses to her in his mind while driving. He reached the outskirts of the city to find her standing near her car looking at the sky. He sighed.

He stopped the car near her while she got alerted. He came out and she sighed heavily seeing him. Karan ran towards her and hugged her tightly. "Kundrri, Karan...!" She said as he pulled her closer. "Pagal hai tu Teja! Phone kaha hai tera?"

"It is your freaking car! Phone dead hogya, bacche game khel rahe the!" Karan glared at her breaking the hug. "My car was fine, you must have done something."

"Of course!" She rolled her eyes. "Kitna tension ho gaya the mujhe!" He said sincerely and she smiled caressing his cheeks, "I am fine! Aur vaise bhi I am too strong!" Karan nodded sarcastically as she sat inside his car.

"Aur itna late kyu hua?" Karan looked at her and she shrugged, "Bass accha lag raha tha!" Karan made an obvious expression. "Oh shit!" She shouted out of nowhere.

"What?" He said irritated. "I am so sorry, yeh Umar ko bhi tujhe hi call karna tha, I disturbed your date-" She said guiltily. Karan sighed and rolled his eyes, "Use pata tha ki tu mujhe zaroor batake gayi hogi."

"Whatever!"

"Yeah whatever, and vaise bhi tere liye toh aisi sau (100) date kurbaan!" He tapped her head like a child and she grinned. "Rulayega kya..." She said faking her tears and he rolled his eyes, "Such a drama!"

"Look who's saying!" Karan chuckled while she joined too. "Kuch khila de!"

"Chalo, donuts!" He said and she nodded. They both reached the donut store but it was closed. "Abey yaar!" She said pouting while he drove towards her house.

"Chal, aaj donuts ghar pe banate hai!" She nodded excitedly and they first left for grocery story, remembering for going to 24 hours one. They bought the ingredients they needed and reached Tejasswi's place.

"Come, vaise bhi you had last visited it before 3 years!" He nodded and went inside. The house was pretty, he smiled and was about to say something when Tejasswi closed his mouth. "Kya karr raha hai, Ishu, Vidhi so rahe hai..." She whispered and he nodded. She could smell his cologne and as always it drove her crazy. Without informing Karan, she had already taken some of his clothes and she used to sleep with them so that she could feel him.

"Chale?" He whispered and they went to the kitchen. They started to make donuts creating a mess out of the kitchen.

"Finally-" Tejasswi said taking the donuts out on the table and opened the chocolate syrup over it. They started to eat and she had chocolate all over her mouth. "Kaise khaati hai tu!"

"Hmmm-" She rolled her eyes while he took a tissue and cleaned her face. She grinned while her eyes shined in happiness. She was finally spending time with Karan, her Sunny. By whatever relation she was in his life, she was happy that she at least was.

"Chal, so jaate hai! I'll text Jasmin tu subah hi aayega!" Karan nodded as she ordered. She showed him the guestroom and he went inside and slept. Tejasswi changed into his hoodie and went inside to find him snoring already. She kissed his forehead and he smiled in sleep unknowingly.

She also settled into her bed and slept.
