Dream

The sun filters into the room and I roll over and throw my arm over George. He's still asleep, but wriggles his body closer to me. It's funny seeing him be the little spoon. All the jokes about him being bottom didn't seem fitting. But then again, there are a few things I like to be in control of, and last night must've show cased this.
So much for taking it slow. George basically said to forget Disney and screw him all week. I love when he's bossy.
And I'm tempted by his offer. With Twitchcon coming up, my very first one, I'm nervous as hell. But then again, maybe Disney would be a good place to get out some of the extra pent up nerves.
Sitting up, I lean over George and kiss his temple, then his forehead.
"Mmmm, Dream," George says, his voice raspy. I can't deny it's sexy, but I don't think staying in bed together all day will work.
"We should probably get moving before Sapnap comes running in here. He isn't the most patient," I say, kissing his head again.
George sits up, almost in a panic. "Isn't the door locked?"
I shrug. "There isn't a lock."
He scowls at me but it morphs into a smile and he leans back to cuddle me. "We'll have to change that. I do not want Sapnap walking in on us."
He makes a valid point. "My bathroom has a lock, want to shower together?"
He raises his eyebrows. "Yes Dream, I've always wanted to stand in dirty water together and watch you scrub your body."
Wheezing in laughter I shove him away. "Fine, go use the peasant bathroom."
"I will."
George grabs his jeans and puts them on. Before I go into the bathroom, I ask, "can we keep this on the down low for the next week or so?"
George shrugs. "Yeah, why?"
Now I shrug. "I'm nervous as hell for this upcoming event and you holding my hand or kissing me in public might be too distracting."
"Fair point," he says. "Now go shower, you smell."
I roll my eyes and we go our separate ways. As I shower, I do imagine George in here with me and try not to mutter my annoyances that he turned it down so quickly. Then again, we live together now, I remind myself.

"Guys, I need a lightsaber."
George grumbles. "We can't do Disney World another time?"
"First Pub Subs, then Disney," Snap says assertively.
We're all gathered around the kitchen island.
"Dream, you decide."
I chuckle softly. "DrEaM."
George rolls his eyes and crosses his arms. He's dressed in a black T-shirt with a Rugrats logo on the front and back but the letters are upside down, a black cap with t-Rex teeth, and a shorts with little black palm trees. He looks good, and he must know it with his smug grin.
"Come on, lightsabers and Pub Subs!" Sapnap whines.
"Okay," I say, throwing my hands in the air.
"Yay!" Sapnap cheers.
"You know what would make it better?" George asks and we both face him waiting for his answer, surprised by his question. "If you didn't come," George dead pans.
Sapnap sticks out his tongue and I only shake my head.
"Come onnnnn," I say, throwing on my overshirt. I'm wearing a plain white shirt with a Jurassic World Hawaiian shirt and Nike's.
Sapnap is dressed in a vintage Nike shirt, tan cargo shorts and Adidas shoes.
"Shouldn't we be wearing Mickey Mouse ears or something?" George asks as we load into my car.
"They have a huge variety to choose from once we get there!" Sapnap says as he scrolls through his phone. He called shotgun and ran out here as fast as lightening.
George and I meet gazes in the rear view mirror once he's done buckling into the middle seat. I smile, then look away, hoping my cheeks aren't too red.
Sapnap blasts music and I tear out of the estate, focusing on the road ahead of me. Trying not to stare at George and his lovely dark hair and brown eyes.
I wish he was up front with me, where I could hold his hand. But we seemed to have made a nonverbal agreement that we're basically dating on the down low.
My heart aches at the thought, but I know it's for the best. And it's only for a little while.
