NOMBULELO.
The thing I noticed about Siya is that he looked exactly like me but I didn't think I knew him, that I've
seen him before.I didn't want to ask him any questions until he told me about his sister,the same way I
disappeared. I don't even know how to feel about this, that I might've found my family. I don't
remember anything about them,not even a single memory about them.I'm scared to be honest.
Mduh :" I really think you've found your family or your family have found you.Siya really looks like
you.God planned it all,you selling the house and Siyabonga buying the house. Don't you think so?" I just
nodded.
AT ZULU'S HOUSE.
Everything that belonged to Zulu,taxis burnt, cows and goats died,his wife's sick,his old son has gone
mad.
MaMgenge : " Hau kodwa nkosi kanti kwenzenjani kulomuzi?" ( Oh God, and what is happening in
this house?)
Zembe : " I came to say this for the last time,your son angered the Ndaba ancestors, The Ndaba's have
been through a lot,you need to go there and ask forgiveness for him and pay the Fine that they'll
demand because they're going to." He said that and left.
MaMgenge :" Mxm, I won't stay here for this madness!" She said packing her bag and left.
MR NDABA.
My wife was happy about moving to a new house,she didn't say it but when I told her about it she
smiled,after so many year my wife smiled. Did I tell you that I also have a good feeling about moving,yes
I have a good feeling about it,I feel like it's going to change our lives in a good way.
I packed our clothes not all of them because we're still going to come back here,we're not totally moving
away. After I finished I bathed my wife and dressed her,when I was about to put her down she shook her head,I tried helping her to sit and she sat,she still could say anything but the smile and sitting really
made me happy. I had hope that my wife was getting better,she's coming back to me. I was more happier
that I chose to stay with her,I didn't hire a maid to help with her,I chose to stop working so I could be with her
everytime because when she gets better we're both going to start our lives afresh. I then bathed and
dressed,went to the kitchen and poured a porridge for her,came and fed her. I literally do everything for her, not that I'm complaining though,I'm
the one who knows her more than anyone else,I'm the one who understands her better than anyone
else. When I finished feeding her I texted Sya, "We're on the way." The driver came and took our bags to
the car and my wife's wheelchair because I was going to carry her to the car. When she saw me coming to
her she smiled,and tried meeting me halfway but she couldn't.
Me :" Easy my love easy,are you happy about going to moving to a new house?" I asked,she just nods
repeatedly and I noticed tears flowing running down her cheeks,but this time they're different.Judging
from her facial expression, they're tears of joy. Man, I'd really like to know what's on her mind,but how
can that happen because she can't tell me.But hey, she's happy,I'm happy too.
SIYABONGA.
I've been talking with Nombulelo through phone calls and I even introduced her to WhatsApp,we were
chatting, I even sent her mom and dad's picture but she couldn't remember anything about them.
Indeed she's my sister,my long lost sister. She couldn't explain to me about what happened to her,she
then invited me to her house.
I cleaned the house,put on the curtains and bed covers on the bed. I cooked after I finished I went to
take a bath then came and watched soccer. Cleaning this whole house is really tiring,I'll have to beg dad
to hire someone who will be assisting him with the house. My phone rang and it was Phila, the driver. I
opened the gate for them and went to assist with the bags. I noticed that the wheel chair at the back
and dad carried mom to the house. This man doesn't get tired when it comes to his wife,he's been always
doing this and you'll never hear him complaining about the situation,even once.
I helped Phila carrying bags to the house and found mom sitting on the couch,dad was telling her that this
is her second home,she was smiling looking around the house.
Me :" Dad is mom getting better"
Dad :" As you can see,all this happened after I told her about coming here. Son, I feel good about this,I
really hope it's going to bring good change in our lives." I went to hug mom,she's all smiley,now I believe
more good news will make her stand up and walk by herself.
