My boyfriends autistic cousin had to stay with us for a few because of issues with her mom and dad

She's 3

I watched as they played tag around our good sized apartment like there was no tomorrow

"Slow down don't hurt yourself!"

He said, catching up to her and picking her up, them both laughing

These are the only unfrstrating times because usually she's screaming in frustration and pulling on one of ours hair, but I get it, she's going through a lot

Hes burnt out from playing with her all day, I could tell he's really tired

He has her in his hands with his eyes half open

She's screaming, crying, slapping, scratching and pulling hair

He's just sitting there, letting hr do what she pleases

Ja': baby I got her

Notti: no no.....its okay..., he said yawning

Ja': nigga she's scratching your face! And you're half sleep

His eyes shut for a bit but he opened them again

After a while they shut again and didn't open, I took her out of his hands and he moved a little but went back to sleep

Ja': I got her handsome

I left the room quietly and we played around the house until she fell asleep
