Y/n sighed as she saw the news.
"Hey Harry, can you help me with something?" she asked and Harry walked over to you, dodging the twins who were fighting with wooden swords.
"What's up?"
"They're selecting four new VK's to go to Auradon. Applications will be brought and then they select four of them... How big are the odds if those two would apply, that they'd get picked?"
"...you ask a guy who can't even count?"
"Let me tell you the answer, big. But I know they wouldn't apply unless they'd think I'd apply too?"
"You want me to help you make it look like you apply but you won't actually apply?" Harry asked softly and y/n nodded.
Harry looked over his shoulder to see the twins laugh as they caught a rat and y/n glanced behind Harry to see it as well.
"It's safer in Auradon. I couldn't protect Sammy, I don't want them to get hurt when I can't look out for them. They're too innocent for the isle."
"Yea, I agree. But are you sure that you shouldn't actually apply, being their sisters means an increased chance."
"And take the spot of someone who could actually need it? We all know that Dizzy will be picked, the odds are in my favour for the twins. Only one other VK could go. And we both know that there are so many children endangered here."
"Uma's still outside the barrier, looking for a way out... Maybe she'd have a plan soon."
"I hate your optimism."
"And I still hate the fact that Uma put you in charge instead of me, her first-mate."
"That's the thing, you never have been a leader. I have."
"Yet it's in my blood and being a first-mate in yours."
"Well we're not our parents. Right?"
"Now you sound like Mal."
"I'm just frustrated okay."
Harry wrapped his arms around her and despite she hated the physical contact, y/n needed the hug, so she leaned her head on his shoulder to let him know she wouldn't him for touching her.
Y/n were still sitting on the bar-chair thiny while Harry was still standing.
"You could apply for Cj?"
"Heh... she is kinda already in Auradon, together with her friend Freddie. They snuck through the barrier." Harry whispered.
"Freddie is alive?"
Harry nodded and he had a smirk on his face.
"Why are you smirking?"
"Because this boy, Zevon, who has a major crush on my little sister, went with them. But he got send back because he tried to steal some dump jewels or something. While Cj and Freddie actually got permission to stay in Auradon. Yet for some reason no one on the isle was supposed to know."
Y/n couldn't help herself but to join Harry in his laughter.
"You're such an ass." Y/n said and the twins eyed at those two.
"Five bucks that they end up together." Squirmy said.
"Ten if they don't." Squeaky said.
"Deal."
Harry and y/n luckily didn't hear them.
