It was morning and all of the students were already inside the school. I was waiting for Xiao at the gate, and I suddenly saw him walking toward me. I ran toward him and I saw the keychain in his backpack. I smirk.

"Hmmmm, so how was your date with my sister Lumine?" I tease him.

"Baka it's not a date! We just hang out."

"Ohhhhhh based on your look, did my sweet sister confess to you?!" I looked into his eyes.

"Yes, she confessed to me." He said. I was startled.

I looked down.

"Um... Did you answer her?" I asked sweating.

"No."

"WHY?!"

He moves closer to me and I distance myself.

"Baka I didn't answer her because I don't feel the same."

"HUHHH WHYYY?!"

"I don't know." He said and left me.

(Time skip)

It was lunch time. Xiao and I were on the terrace and looking at the people below. We saw a girl singing a song.

"Silly~churl, billy~churl, silly~billy hilichurl-"

"Who is that?!"

"It's Hu Tao, she was the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. She is also my father's boss."

"WHATTT! BUT SHE WAS SO YOUNG!"

"Yeah, most people hated her because of her attitude so my advice to you is you should not go near-" he stared at me but I already left.

He saw me approaching Hu Tao.

"BAKAAAA!"

'Maybe she knows about my earring.' I thought.

"Um... Hello!" I wave at her.

"Oh it you Hello former client!♡" she smiled.

"Wait what?"

"Hahaha, so what are you doing here? Do you want to go to the other side? I can accompany you!"

"NOO! I'm here because I want to ask you something."

"Hmmm what is it?"

"Um.. about my earring, do you know how I can extend it?!"

"Hmmmm that earring... I heard about that hmmm... wait is that 'earring of time' right?!"

"Yes! I guess."

She smiled, "I'm sorry but the only thing I know is that it can't be changed."

I was disappointed. I saw Xiao running toward us.
