It's been a few days since Xiao and I avoided each other.
Flashback:
"Aether!"
"STOP DON'T GO NEAR!"
Xiao slowly walked toward me. "Aether, what's wrong? Did I do something wrong?!"
"I SAID DON'T GO NEAR WHY YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND!" I turned around and looked at him. He was shocked, he saw me crying. I stand.
"Aether let me-" He tried to touch my face, but I slapped his hand.
"Don't touch me! I-I should be happy for both of you, but-but it's still... HURTS.. UGH I HATE MYSELF!!!" I cried. "I don't want to be your friend anymore... Chongyun was right, I... I should avoid you in the first place!" I left Xiao alone on the rooftop. Venti and Kazuha saw me. But I just ignored them.
"Aether! Wai-" Kazuha stops Venti.
"We should leave him alone."
End of flashback:
I sigh, I started to cry again. I felt my heartache.
"I-I don't know why it hurts! It's been a few days since that happened but it still hurts... I tried everything to forget him but I can't!" I cried. "WHAT SHOULD I DO?!" I look at the ghost next to me. He looked confused. We were standing in the hallway at the abandoned classroom.
"Ummmm I think it's hard to heal... Just take your time to heal. Find other things to do to forget him." He smiled and touched my shoulder. "You don't have to go through this alone I'm here partner..."
(Ghosts can touch ghosts.😌)
I sigh "Hmm thank you... Find Hu tao or Chongyun, they might help you." The ghost thanks me.
It was after school. I was still avoiding Xiao, so I left the school. I went to the park, and I sat on the swing alone. I was looking at the ground.
"I remembered I always play here with Lumine, Dad, and Mom..." I sigh. 😞
Someone suddenly appeared next to the swing seat. (^^)
"Are you okay? You looked tired, it looks like you haven't slept in days!"
I didn't respond. 😒
"I already told you not to continue this anymore because you will only get hurt but you don't want to listen!"
I just ignored him. 😠
"Hey kid! If you want, we can go to the other side right now so you can meet your parents." He whispered.
"NO! I still have time left, I don't want to waste it!" I said. 😡
"Oh you finally respond... You really love him huh! Even though he hurt you many times."
"Enjou if you're here just to tease me, then leave!" I looked mad at him. 😤
(Enjou: The abyss reaper who gave more life time to Aether.) (He was the unfamiliar voice in chapter 6 btw 🙂)
