Holding back his breath, Taehyun slowly entered the room and there he saw his wife, sleeping peacefully on a plain pink bed. He felt so numb that he couldn't even walk properly.

As soon he reached her spot, he took a seat beside her and caressed her hair.

"Honey." He called with a gentle tone.

"Wake up, I'm here." He softly patted her head, waking her up and her eyes fluttered open.

"Who are you, and where am I?" She asked, rubbing her eyes.

"I'm your Tyun, do you remember?" He raised up his both arms, smiling widely at her, but as expected, he only received a blink.

"You forgot about us?"

"Us? What's us?" She pouted.

"You really don't remember anything?" Instead of answering, Y/N forced herself to sit and Taehyun immediately helped, placing a pillow behind her for support.

She then looked around, fiddling with her fingers and Taehyun took out his phone as he read from the internet that people with alzheimer loves listening to music.

"Do you wanna hear some music?" He bitterly smiled, bitting his lips as he was trying to hold back his tears.

"And what is that?" He let out a soft chuckle, playing an instrumental, and watched her squinting her eyes.

"Do you like it?" She smiled brightly, clapping her hands and nod.

"What's that?" She pointed at his phone.

"It's a phone." She scratch her head as she couldn't understand what he again, chuckled.

"You still won't understand it even I explain you so."

"Ah why are you all keep saying the same thing." She whined.

"All? Who else are you talking to?"

"That tall guy who had purple hair." Taehyun raised his brows as he couldn't pointed out if which one is she talking about.

"The one who looks likes a deer." Now he understands who is she talking about.

"Oh, you mean Heeseung?" Taehyun giggled. "He only had a hair cut though, and his hair is grey, not purple." Her eyes stiffened and glared at him.

"You sounded like a baby."

"No, you baby." She crossed her arms, looking away.

"Hey, do you wanna go out?" Her eyes lit up, and moved closer grabbing his arm.

"Is there any place except this jail?" Taehyun couldn't hold back his tears anymore and smiled, letting it flow through his cheeks.

"Oh, why are you crying?" She grabbed his both cheeks and wiped his tears. That action makes him want to cry more.

"Let's go, okay?" He held her hands, squeezing it, and pecked. He stood up, removing the blanket that covers half of her body and helped her get up from the bed.

He watched as his wife couldn't take a step and looked around, spotting a wheelchair.

"Wait a second." He made her sit on the bed and went to get the wheelchair. He grabbed her arms and gently lifted it up, making her stand. He helped her upon the wheelchair and finally enable to leave as everything had been settled.

"Here, take Tweety with you so you won't be sad." He gave her the Tweety stuffed toy from the bed and gave it to her.

"Yayy!" The two got out of the place and Taehyun firstly brought her on the park where kids are running everywhere.

"Wow... Can I play with them?!"

"Sorry, honey, but you can't. You don't even know how to walk." He said over her ear and pecked her earlobe.

"Then let's just have that." She then pointed at the cotton candy stall.

"Honey, cotton candy is not good for your health." She pouted her lips and glared at the ground.

"It's not the cotton candy, it is you who's not good for my health." Taehyun let out a soft laugh and pecked her cheek.

"I'm sorry, let's just try other else." He turned the wheelchair and went to where, stalls are piled up, selling different kinds of accessories.

"That one! Let's try that!" Taehyun turned his head over the direction where his wife pointed at and saw a stall of bracelets. He pushed off the wheelchair and went to see the bracelets that were displayed.

"The festival is coming, you should pick your own too." The lady, who he assume the owner of the stall came, smiling at him.

"Can I have a matching one, for me and my wife?" The lady smiled, turning around as she began to find for a perfect pair inside a big box that contains stocks of bracelets.

"Found it." The lady turned back at him and handed the matching bracelets.

"How much?"

"Oh, no need, I'm just giving those off since you two are just the only one's who caught interest with with these." The lady smiled, gazing at Y/N who's blinking her eyes.

"No, I'll pay, even just a small amount." He took out a ₩10,000 from his wallet and happily gave it to her. The lady gladly accepted and turned around to get a change but Taehyun immediately grabbed the wheelchair and ran. Y/N who was being pushed with her wheelchair only laughed as she felt enjoyed.

"Faster!" Taehyun laughed at her and as soon as they were far enough, he pushed the wheelchair underneath the tree and watched as his wife clapped her hands, waiting for him to open the unsealed bracelets.

"Give me your hand." He reached for her hand and put the bracelet on, on her wrist.

"It fits perfectly on you." He smiled as he stared at the elastic bracelet that has a small key on it.

"And this is mine." He wore his that has a small heart shaped padlock and smiled.

"Ta-da! We're matched!" His wife smiled widely and again, clapped her hands like a kid, who just got a new toy.

Taehyun couldn't feel anything but joyfulness, and he admitted that, it's his first time, feeling such a thing.
