part 1 - pee challenge!

This part will contain: holding your pee!

Challenge 1!
Try to hold for 12+ hours!

Hour 1,2,3
• drink 2 glasses of water.
• wait until you need to pee.
• when you need to pee drink more liquids of your choice.
Hour 4,5,6
• read some omorashi books to make you desperate.
• keep drinking water every hour.
• when you are desperate pee a little into your panties.

If you accidentally let go you can finish the challenge here. If you didn't let go you can continue to read and do the challenge.

Hour 7,8,9
• exercise: 10 jumping jacks, 15 second plank, 5 squats & jump 5 times.
• lay down on your stomach and put your hand in a fist under your bladder.
• watch people peeing on a site: twitter/p*rnh*b/*nlyf*ns/other.
Hour 10,11,12
• sit on the toilet with your clothes still on and relax your muscles.
• listen to running water.
• push hard on your bladder.
• do 10 sit-ups.
• watch something that turns you on (it makes you need to pee.)

- If you haven't peed congrats! You won the challenge. Now go and go pee in a fun place! Here are some places you can pee:

*bathtub
*sink
*garden/backgarden
*toilet
*on a towel
*grind on something until you pee
*in a bottle
*standing up into something (tutorial on the next part of this book)
*on the floor
