A Day with You

Like every day Bai Yutang was the one to get up first. He sat on his bed at the first ding of the alarm clock and stretched his arms, yawning. Then he looked beside to see Zhan Zhao beside him, sleeping soundly.
Yutang eyes were filled with fondness and he eagerly watched Zhan Zhao sleep, covered with a white blanket. He looked peaceful but Yutang knew better that Zhan Zhao was tired. Both of them returned quite late in the night from S.C.I and Zhan Zhao fell asleep almost instantly. It was Bai Yutang who tucked Zhan Zhao properly in the bed, and took off his shoes and shocks, then covering him with a blanket.
It was winter, so he knew that Zhan Zhao would feel cold in the middle of night, and he may wake up with droopy eyes, trying to snatch the blanket from Yutang.

It would also be too cute a scene, but Yutang resisted and thought that it's time Zhan Zhao get some rest. His genius boyfriend takes care almost 90% of works with inhuman speed and accuracy. His intelligence sometimes scare normal people and his fellow colleagues, but Bai Yutang has to admit that he likes it too much when Zhan Zhao proves how awesome he is and when he sees other's thunderstruck faces.

He was also one of a fan of Zhan Zhao, but recently he got promoted. Yes, for a month now Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang has entered into a relationship of lovers. Yutang was the one who confessed. He had feelings for his childhood best friend for a long time, and knowing Zhan Zhao it felt like it would be too stupid if Zhan Zhao doesn't notice.

While being confessed, Zhan Zhao was not shocked. He silently agreed with a smile. Yutang is happy, of course, since his dream came true, but he is yet to hear the 'words' from Zhan Zhao. And he is trying his best for it.

He woke up with great energy and came down in the kitchen to make breakfast for both of them. Since Zhan Zhao worked too hard, he thought he should make something Zhan Zhao would like!

He turned on the TV and worked on creating his magic in the kitchen. The local news was reporting in the tv. Recently there was a big scandal of scientists who were found doing illegal experiments on ordinary people and it created a wave in the crime department. Two renowned scientists were found dead on a dark alleyway and were suspected to be doing weird practices.

Yutang shook his head , thinking what kind of nonsense is this. Some people just don't see others as things to use. How derogatory it is! It is amazing how humans are the main enemy of other humans.
He thanked that S.C.I did not get a case like that.

It was again 10 minutes later, he heard some rustle and Zhan Zhao came down with his bed head, but with a toothbrush in his mouth.

He mumbled, "Yutang! The news...! "

Yutang pointed and Zhan Zhao's eyes moved instantly towards the tv when he heard what news was being reported.

While Yutang made breakfast with a smile, Zhan Zhao saw the news with great attention.

After Zhan Zhao finished watching and completed brushing his teeth, Yutang beckoned him to have breakfast.

Zhan Zhao went ahead, saw his favorite food made by his favorite cook and started to eat with full speed.
Seeing him, Yutang was a little concerned, "Cat... It's not running away... Slow down! "

Zhan Zhao mumbled again with his mouth full, "I have to hurry and go to work... Some paperworks are due. If I don't complete it in time, Bao sir will scold me. "
