After master Baggins showed up, the dwarves were chatting with each other, Fili and Kili were talking to Chi and Thi, and Bilbo was talking with Gandalf and Ori, being the scribe, moved his pony up to Chi and Thi and said"Um, can I ask you some questions?"

Chi replied"Of coarse master dwarf"

"What is a Fallen?" as soon as Ori asked that, the whole company quieted down, and listened in on the conversation"Well, a Fallen is....the Fallen used to be called the Royal Line of skin changers, we are called the Fallen now because our once mighty kingdom is now over ruled by goblins and other fowl things, we are called the Fallen because our people were captured and slaughtered by Orcs." Said Mai with a bitter tone in her voice.

Ori winced at what she said and looked to the princesses, only to see them silent and looking down at their hands. She decided to change the topic by asking another question."How can you tell that someone is a Fallen?"

"You can tell that a skin changer is a Royal, or now a Fallen, is that they are born with a special ability." said Chi as she looked at Ori

"Special ability? What do you mean by special ability?"

"It depends on what they are born with, there is a wide variety of abilities, like the ability to control fire, or the ability of super speed, or in a rare chance, the ability to control all of the elements, like I said it depends on what they were born with. Another question?"

"Do you know anybody that can control all of the elements?" Dwalin waited for the reply."Yes well we aren't really allowed to tell anyone about it" They looked to Mai for permission to tell them, Mai looked to Thi and nodded," But we can break a rule every once in a while." said Thi and Chi decided to finish the answer" We know that person as our mother. Well, anymore questions Master Ori?"

"Yes, I noticed that your cousins are very tall, why are the three of you so small?" Dori looked at his little sister astonished,he then slapped his shoulder and said"Ori!!That was very rude, apologize this instant." "Oh it is alright master dwarf, we are this height because of our father, my mother said that he is a dwarf, but she never said his name, we always ask about him, but she gets this distant look in her eyes, she only told us that he went to a war and never came back." replied Jahi.

Dwalin and Thorin shared a glance with Gandalf and just looked ahead, Mai noticed this exchange but didn't say anything.

Chi wanting to change the subject so she looked at Ori and said"Would you like to ask more questions?"

"Oh, um just one more, what are your abilities, because you said all of the Fallen has a special ability, so what are yours?"

"um.......well, i'm not to sure that we should tell you, it is up to Mai, so if you wish to know, you must ask her." and with that, the triplets stopped talking, Ori then turned to Mai and asked" Well, may we know your special abilities miss Mai?"

"Well since you asked so nicely, Chi you may tell them." And after Mai said that, Chi let out a breath of air, as if she is relieved" Thank you cousin, we will start off with the oldest, Kai's special ability is the ability to control anything that comes from the earth like rocks, gold, mithril, things like that. She can also have these things that are like visions, but it is a 50-50% chance that they will come true." Jahi, noticing her sister is sort of tired, continues on for her." Jai's special ability is to teleport, to go from one place to another in an instant, but he choose not to use his ability a lot because it drains his strength." Nai's special ability is super speed, he is able to run very fast, but like Jai, he tends not to use it."Thi says the next one so her sister can catch her breath." Mai's special ability is sort of rare, she is able to read minds, she can use it whenever she wants, but she does not like invading peoples privacy, but its how she met her husband."

As soon as she said that, Mai blushed a bright red and the dwarves were shocked that she was married. Jahi, having enough time to catch her breath, decides to tell them the last three." And then there is Thi, her special ability is to turn into any person or animal she wishes, next is Chi, her special ability is the power of nature, she can control anything that grows from the ground, like trees, vines, flowers, she can even control the ents, then there is me, I have the power to control anything that contains liquid, like water, ale, wine, and blood. If you wish to know anything else you will have to talk to our scribe, Nai, And I think that we only have an hour to get to the cliffs."
