"I can't believe how much homework Mister Badwolf gave me for Home Evilnomics," Raven Queen, daughter of the Evil Queen, complains to Ashlynn Ella, daughter of Cinderella, and Briar Beauty, daughter of Sleeping Beauty, during their lunch break, one day.
"Cheer up, Raven. I mean, I have a super hard Crownculus test today," Ashlynn says.
Apple White, daughter of Snow White and the most popular girl in school, walks over to the trio's table, her lunch tray in hand.
"Hey, guys," she says in her sweet voice, "can I sit here?"
"Of course," Raven replies, swallowing a mouth full of Mac & Geese. She scoots over to make room on the bench for her dorm roomie.
"I heard you guys were talking about homework assignments, right?" Apple simpers.
"How much homework did Maid Marian give you, Apple?" Ashlynn asks.
"Oh, I already did all of my homework," Apple chirps.
The girls chatter about their classes and the latest gossip until the lunch bell rings.
"Gotta go to Princessology, now. Charm you guys later," Briar says, standing up quickly.
"Good luck on your Crownculus test today, Ash," Raven says. "It's your next class, after Damsel-In-Distressing, right?"
"Unfortunately," Ashlynn replies, sighing.
Ashlynn quickly takes care of her lunch tray, grabs her book bag from her seat, and scampers off to her next class.
But, little did Ashlynn know that Faybelle Thorn, daughter of Maleficent, and Kitty Cheshire, daughter of the Cheshire cat from Wonderland, had conspired to prank her. They'd slipped a little something into her book bag while she wasn't looking.
The two of them stood in the shadows, snickering playfully, as Ashlynn leaves the castleteria, completely oblivious.
