Eventually, you guys finished with the food, and the rest of your family arrived.
Your cousins ran to see you, eager to catch up. "I haven't seen you in forever girl" your older cousin, Diamond exclaims, pulling you into a tight hug.
"She don't love us no more" your other cousin Alex fake cried.
"Um, the phone works both ways. And how am I supposed to see you guys when you live all the way in New Orleans" you retorted pulling out of the hug from your cousin.
"Anyways, there's somebody I want you to meet. His name's Eren...we're dating" you nervously smiled and pointed to Eren, who'd been standing there the entire time.
"Eren, this is Diamond, her boyfriend Greg, and her sister and brother, Aaliyah and Alex."
You pointed at your older cousin with a long straightened black hair. She wore a red slip dress and a pair of leather boots. Her boyfriend Greg was mixed with Mexican and African American, he had curly brown hair and wore a white t-shirt, black jeans, and white forces. Your cousin Aaliyah wore a green long-sleeve sweater, a blue jean skirt, leg warmers, and some platform converse. Her hair was styled in her shoulder-length locs. Her twin brother Alex also had locs that were a bit shorter than hers, he wore a green sweater, baggy blue jeans, and brown converse.
"Uh hey, it's nice to meet you guys," Eren greeted them with a small wave.
"Boy if you don't greet us like we're the same age. We're not Mama and Pa" Aaliyah laughed at the way Eren greeted them.
"Yeah, you ain't gotta be all formal. We're not 60+" Alex added.
"Oh my bad, y/n said it would be hard to impress you guys, so I was tryna be formal" Eren nervously rubbed the back of his neck.
"Eh, you seem okay for right now. Just don't be like that dickhead she had last time, or it's gonna be a problem pretty boy" your cousin Aliyah added.
"He don't seem too much like him, at least he introduced himself that other nigga came in and just sat there complaining about every thing y/n did. Like, remember he got mad because his baked beans were touching his macaroni" Diamond scoffed at the memory.
"Yeah, or when he got pissed that Mama said him and y/n couldn't sleep in the same room and he made her go with him to some motel and then she ended up being late for the family breakfast and opening presents" your cousin Alex adds.
"Or whe-"
"Okay guys I think that's enough," you warned, giving them a death stare.
