Chapter 1 | The Black Flame Candle

Becca and Izzy walk with Gilbert to the front,
"y'know if you're wanting to kill sometime before your birthday ritual you should-" Becca cut him off,
"We are not doing the ghoust tour" Gilbert looked at her with disappointment, "I'm sorry! It's just we basically know it by heart."
"Oh cool, free stuff!" Izzy exclaimed stuffing them into her bag, "those are Angelica Leaves, you burn them to life curses!" He explained, "you should take some, for you never know when you'll be cursed on Halloween...." He got all serious before some kids decided to pound on the glass that had the Book inside.

Becca and Izzy laughed and said bye to Gilbert, as they walked outside to get their bikes they bumped into Y/n, she was wearing a sports bra and leggings that hugged her legs.
"oh! Y/n! Sorry about that." She apologized picking up the bag on the floor, Y/n brushed it off,
"you're fine! Plus, it's not like you can't wash vegetables." She smiled, "how's Sandra?"

"Well we're going through a rough patch...but it's fine though, we'll get through it we always do." She said keeping a positive attittude, Becca and Izzy looked at each other feeling bad, " you two have been getting into a bunch of fights lately, are you sure you're okay?"

Y/n only nodded, "okay, you two should go on and get that ritual done with. See you later girls!" Y/n said waving them off, Becca and Izzy began peddaling over to the woods, "I still don't get why you chose the creepiest part of the woods to have a ritual," Becca laughed at Izzy's remark.

They found a clear spot to have the ritual, they got every thing ready, making sure it was all in the right place. They laughed about Izzy's mom, Susan, who kept sending her pictures of blurry cookies. Becca lit the candle, as they chanted, the candle began sparking, the girls gasped and hurriedly poured water over it. The candle lit back up but this time, it was black...

"Why is everything so quiet?" Becca said, concerned, as she looked all around them.
"I don't know!" Izzy whisper shouted, the ground began rumbling and shaking a crack formed on the ground, they looked at eachother and ran behind a tree trunk, hoping whatever was happening would be over soon.

It became very dark, thunder was heard and then lightning flashed in the sky, a loud cackle was heard,
"Lock up your children! Yes, Salem we're back!"

"Are- Are those The Sanderson Sisters?" Becca said, in a state of panick, the sisters happily danced,

We were running wild and so reviled
Raising Cain until we got exiled
But times are changing, now we're on the attack
Yeah, the spell is gonna hit 'cha cause the witches are back woah-oh-oh!

Stone cold meanies as a matter-of-fact

The girls started running as fast as they could, dodging branches and rocks.
"Who are they preforming for?" Izzy yelled, Sarah popped out of no where, "you!" She exclaimed, they screamed in horror. Sarah giggled, at their horrified faces.
