Whether this finds you in day or night, I challange you to do the list below!! It does not have to be all of it, or even most of it! Just doing one thing and feeling better about yourself is fantastic! If it's too much right now, I get it. Im still proud of you no matter what my angel!! Also, free pretty picture (not mine) :3


Drink 4-6 cups of water! 

Eat 3 meals! (At least one well balanced!)

Get some exersise in today! (Streching counts! Just move around)

Take a shower/Bath

Brush your teeth

Wash your face

Talk to your friends

Go outside (Even if its just the backyard)

Get 8 hours of sleep

Watch the moonlight

Do your hair

Love yourself!!
