Day 1

Luke Pov

Today I thought that I should bring my Mum and brothers to see Erin. My Mum was like Erin's second Mum and they got along like best friends.
But I don't know what would happen if Mum knew about me and Erin being ever so slightly physchopathic over the years, only Jai knows because he helped find people but that's not the point.

'Luke, are you okay'

I snap out of my daze and look up to see a confused Mum above me.

'Aha, yeah we're all set. BEAU, JAI' my shouts startled my Mum which made me chuckle.

'Were here' Beau and Jai were out of breath from running out of their rooms.

'Finally, wow you take longer than most girls on a night out, and Mum I said most girls'

She gave me a look that said 'if looks could kill, you'd be fed right now'

We all got into my Mums black Range Rover, probably the most beautiful car in my life.

'Wait, I need my Camera. I never go on a special visit with out my camera, right?'

'Oh, for gods sake Luke hurry up. You and your camera, I don't even see what's special about it.' My Mum doesn't get me at all I feel like the black sheep in the family sometimes to be honest.

I ran into my house then to my bedroom that I share with Jai, yay, two 18 year old boys sharing a room isn't what you think it's actually really fun most of the time. I scramble around my bedroom to find a letter to Erin and from Jai.

To Erin,

Wow, you. Every time I look at you,I don't know how to speak anymore. How much do I love you? For how long the universe goes on.

Anger rose up in my body, in anger I ripped the piece of pathetic paper in to tiny pieces.

She's mine. And only mine.

I grabbed my camera and ran as fast as I could back to the car wiping all emotion from my face.

'Sorry, I needed to eat something quickly' I smiled it was the only thing that would make it look like I was telling the truth.

We arrived at the Hospital.

'Come on guys we haven't got all day' They were all walking like snails like how slow!!

'Yeah, yeah. I'm coming Luke, I know you want to see her but I'm getting old you know'

'Ha, shut up your like 12 years old Mum, but you have to walk faster.'

We arrived at the desk and before I even got to speak the receptionist directed us to Erin's room. We walked in to her room and still she lays there in the same position as the last time I saw her.

'Oh, wow. How does she look so beautiful.' My mum always saying wierd things at inappropriate times.

'Guys I'm hungry I'm going to get something to eat, want something.'
'Beau, get us all a sandwich okay go, and hurry'

Wow I thought this would be different, I thought they'd all be in tears. Especially my Mum Erin and her are so close, I can see tears in her eyes but its like they're little gates that won't allow the tears to roll.Where as Jai, I think he's dry from crying so much at night. Me? Well I haven't slept yet, it just keeps me up at night. I go through thoughts like the What Ifs? What if she doesn't wake up.

The door opens and snaps me from my thoughts.

'Chicken sandwiches for all' Beau grinned he's like a five year old but in reality he's a 21 year old.

He sat beside Erin, and started to talk. Beaus like her big brother in my opinion its really cute.

'I'm not having this Erin, like who said you could go in a coma, no one. aye. aha I'm so fucking funny. wow, its weird seeing you like this you kinda look like a wax model in a film. I'm going off track. Look what I brought you.' He swung his backpack off and unzipped it. So I pulled my camera out knowing that this could be a great opportunity. 'I know you've been wanting one for ages and I think this is an alright time to give it you. A personalized penny board! Oh yes that's right. no don't thank me now Erin thank me later.'

'Well no one expected that.' My mum looked confused.

It came to 8pm, my mum, Jai and Beau decided to go home but being the great person I am. I told them I would stay with her. You know these could be the last days I spend with her.
