You were living your normal life in your cozy apartment when you heard a sudden yell outside you quickly open your window only to see.. a Dragon?!

Your POV I was sitting in my apartment listening to [favorite song] from my phone. I have to get this project done for work which is a huge pain. If there is anything I hate more than grumpy co-workers, it's working with them. Right now, I only have about 1/4 of what I need to get finished.
I groan, why do we have to do this anyway? It's so dumb. I sat up from my leaned back spinny chair and start to type.
I have my part almost 3/4 done and that's when suddenly I hear the most terrified scream I've heard since my little cousin almost drowned.
I quickly rush to the window and open the curtains to find a dragon?!
I freeze, a freaking dragon is right outside of MY apartment! I always thought that dragons were myths used for video game bosses and whatsnot.
I climbed out my window and climbed up the fire escape to get to the roof of my building so I can get a better look at the creature.

It actually seemed pretty basic, a sunny yellow exterior with red eyes. It seems a bit.. nervous. I find this odd because dragons are supposed to be fearsome and superior creatures.
I yelled out to the dragon, "What are you doing here?! Are you going to hurt us??" I could feel eyes on myself in an instant and it made me nervous too. I could hear police and firefighters telling me to stand down and to not challenge the beast.
"W-what?! Hurt you?! Never!!" It frantically spouts. "Then why are you here?" I shout in confusion. "I-I... I don't know.." the creature sounded sad and I low-key felt pretty bad.
"What's your name?" I ask it. It's eyes go wide before it says, "I-its Sundew."
The police and firefighters are staring at me, probably wondering how I'm so calm. "Okay Sundew, I'm [Name] it's nice to meet you." I say (or rather shout-) smiling.
Sundew's POV I started at the human in awe, they seriously aren't scared of me? They're smiling at me.
"I-its nice to meet you too, [Name]." I barely manage to say to the kind human.
"So uh, sorry if this comes off as rude but uh, are you a dude or a gal?" They ask. I chuckle a bit before answering, "it's quite alright, I'm a guy or as you call it, a dude." I smile.
They giggle before saying, "That's good to know!" Their smile is so cute, I really just wanna give them a quick lil' squeeze but it would probably hurt them due to their little human body.
Your POV So, I just had an amazing conversation with a dragon today. Honestly, this is just the escape I need. "Um.. [Name], may I hold you?" I hear him ask. I hesitate before saying, "Uh.. sure..?"
He beams before holding out his paw for me to hop onto. I smile and walk right on it, despite the angry people 'suggesting otherwise'.
He lifts me up and the wind knocks me on my butt, I giggle because of the adrenaline.
I can see his face much clearer due to the fact that he's holding his paw right up to his face. "Awee, you're so much cuter up close!" He exclaims. I feel my face heat up from embarrassment, so uh who's gonna tell him?
I internally sigh realizing that I'm gonna have to. "Uh Sundew, you can't really say that.. it's uh.." I move my hands around trying to find the right word before he says, "rude?" He seems upset and it makes me kinda feel bad. "No just uh.. awkward..?" It came out more of a question rather than a statement but, oh well.
He moves his lips into an 'O' and I think he gets the message.
Bistanders' POV "Does anyone have a clue on what's happening?" "Nope" "okay"
Sundew's POV Humans have many rules when it comes to socialization and I thought I had broken one of them. I didn't want to offend [Name] or any other of their kind so I need to do my best to never say something like that again!
"Wait.. can you fly me around?!" I see a sudden spark of what I think is a mix of curiosity and excitement in their eyes. "Uh sure!" I say, happily setting them on my back.
"Are you ready?" I ask them. "As ready as I'll ever be!" They shouted back and with that, we were off.
