Chapter 3

Karen's POV:

Ahh haaa this is the first day of my English school since i had changed the town. The first impression toward this class is great i can say. My teacher asks me to introduce myself and i notice a girl and i kinda interested in her. After finishing introducing myself, i was asked to find a seat, and without any ado, i choose to sit near that girl, and later on i realise her name which is Laura. I and her somehow make a brief friendly chit-chat; however, i feel someone is looking at me most of the time, i don't dare to check who this person is as i feel shy and a bit nervous for the first class. It is just in a blink of eyes, that the class is dismissed and my teacher asks me to wait since he wanna asks me about the class and my impression. I respond with enthusiasm that i really enjoy the lesson, classmates and overall the whole class. Then i can see a girl standing next to me, and she asks about homework. Then i and her walk to downstair and she asks me a little about myself, and i can feel she is friendly with me. I like her, but less than Laura. During dinner, my parents ask me how is my class and environment in this new town, and i reply happily that i do enjoy everything and i will make some new friends as well. My parents love me deeply since i am the solo child in my family, and sometimes i am spoilt child too. What's wrong with me? Why i see Laura when i close my eyes? Mmmm, stop it stop it Karen, you have a class tomorrow morning. Oop No, i am late for class because my alarm clock doesn't work right now. Without any delay, i take a quick shower and wear a school uniform and rush to school. I walk directly to my class grade 11, and i don't know why only my class is near grade 10 classes. While walking i feel there is someone looking at me but i don't care since i am late for class. I walk into a class, and the classmates say hello to me including the teacher. I feel a bit relieved to see they are friendly to me and my teacher guides me to sit near a girl whose name is Alex. She welcomes me warmly and tells me about classes i am going to take during this whole academic year.

Then recess time is coming, Alex and a few friends of hers ask me to have breakfast together in a school canteen. i walk with them, and then i hear someone calls me who is Elisa, my cousin. She asks me to join with her friends, and i notice Laura is there too, so i ask Alex and other friends to join with them as there is crowd in the canteen so we are hard to find empty seats. They agree. We chit-chat, and make fun of each other. I can see my friends and Elisa's friends are close and friendly to one another which is easy for me. We walk back to class and I talk with Laura about her next class and i realise that we have sports class together which is great i can have time with her more.

In English class, we change a class and i have to choose a new seat near Tina because Laura sits with her close friend. I don't mind because Tina is also good and friendly, and i also feel happy with her too. I and Tina do pair-speaking that the teacher tells us to do. She asks me lots about myself and so do I. I don't know why but i feel strange looking at her brown eyes, so i try to avoid looking at her eyes directly. But i can't deny how beautiful her eyes are. Then the class is dismissed and drive a car back home. I somehow feel sick and tired of driving a car but my parents won't allow me to drive a motorbike on the grounds of my safety.

Hello everyone, how do you feel so far about my story? English is not my first language, so it is somehow so lame and i know it; plus, it is my first story as well. I just wanna tell this story is a true story but i just change some plots to make it fit.. I really appreciate your comments. Wait to read your comments. Thanks.
