Mingi and Yunho kept writing each other letters.

Mingi didn't care about the opinion of his parents. His parent's got after a week tired of arguing with Mingi and just kind of accepted it.

Mingis mother got curious about this prince and decided to just ask Mingi about him. She went to his room and knocked on his door before she went inside.

" Mingi. Can I ask you something ? "

" yes "

" so I would like to know more about this prince you keep writing letters to "

" do you mean Yunho ? "

" yes, he was the prince of lightning right? "

" yes "

" okay, I would like to know more about this Yunho "

" well.. there isn't a lot. He's the prince of lightning, he has a brother, his mental health doesn't seem to be the best and well I don't know much more about him "

" wait. When did they got a new baby ? I only knew that they had Yunho "

" they adopted his brother when he was 13 and because his brother is older, Yunho won't be the next King "

" But he is their own son. I don't understand why they let this boy be the next King. I mean in snow they also adopted a boy but he was still a baby and grew up as a royal but to adopt a boy so late and let thia boy be a king can't be good. He doesn't know as much as their real son knows about the royal life" said his mother confused about their decision

" I tought the same as yunho told me this. But Yunho also told me that his parents care more about his brother and Yunho said that it's better like that and that he won't be a good King. He had a breakdown as we were in Air and he said he has at least once a week a breakdown. I think his family just makes his mental health sick and everyday just even worse " explained Mingi

Mingis mother was shocked about that. She came out of a family where mental abuse and also physical abuse was normal.
She felt bad as she heard about the breakdowns

" this poor boy. There must be a lot he have been gone trough. And it doesn't get better ? " asked his mother

" No, it seems like his mental health just gets worse. But we can't do anything about that "

" ... actually we can.. " said his mother

" what do you mean ? "

" We could get him out of this place but we would have to bring him here. We have to keep it a secret. Write him a letter to pack his things. Tonight he will leave lightning. I will talk to your father " his mother felt more and more bad for the prince.

She never tought that they would treat their son like this.
She went to her husband.

" we need to talk. The prince from lightning has to come here and stay here "

" why ? " asked her husband

" he gets mentally abused by his own parents "

" I know that you want to help him but it's not our problem "

" it is. He is a friend from our son. We have to help him. He is a poor boy. And I swear if you don't agree you will sleep on the couch "

" .. okay fine. But keep it secretly "

" thank you " she kissed her husbands cheek and went back to Mingi who was already done with the letter

" you father agreed "
