Regulus Colin Potter fell to his knees, begging every higher power to kill him or give him her back, but nothing happened for 16 years.

He knew he was paying for his sins again, but this time he was surrendering.

And while holding the wand pointed towards himself, he closed his eyes tightly, shaking uncontrollably.

"Do it." He could no longer tell if it was his father's voice or if she was haunting him again. "Do it." It echoed around him and to this day he didn't know who said it, but he did what they said.

Harry Potter had to witness the funeral of his own wife and until now he couldn't feel anything. No pain, no tears, no remorse, he felt empty, as if all the bad things were happening to him.

And as a crowd of people came up to him and offered fake condolences, Harry didn't bother to look up from his shoes.

Only two months ago he had arranged a funeral for his son, and not long after that Ginny followed him, leaving like her son - by her own hand.

Harry was all alone in this world - at least he felt that way especially when James Sirius and Lily Luna were at Hogwarts for most of the year.

He didn't want to live anymore, but he couldn't leave his family, or at least what was left of them.

Harry was furious at how the people around him didn't seem to care what was happening to him, but he couldn't help but feel a small pang of jealousy, they all had what he had ever wanted - a family.
