Chapter 6

*6 months later* (< soz if it's too fast hehe)

Heather's POV

Michael and I have been secretly dating for like 6 months now and luckily, Luke doesn't even know a thing.

Mikey and the boys told me that he has some 'big news' to announce today.

Oh yeah and another guy joined the band. Ashton.

Ashton's such a nice guy, although the guys and I hate the part where he doesn't play FIFA. I mean who doesn't play FIFA?

He also wore a purple shirt on their first band practice. Haha I could never forget that.

The guys and I have been judging everything he does after that.

All throughout those 6 months has been really great for us.

They finally came up with a band name '5 seconds of summer' and got tons of subscribers on youtube.

"Heather there you are!" Michael said.

"Heyyy! What's your big announcement?" I asked for like the 9754368th time today.

"Okay come sit on the couch." He gestured me to sit on the couch in the living room.

I sat on Luke's couch and awkwardly waited for the guys to tell me their announcement.

"Okay so Heather.." Calum started.

"The guys and I have something to tell you." Luke followed.

"Spit it out." I demanded.

"We've been signeddddd!!" They all said in unison jumping around the house.

"What the fuck guys is this reaaaal???" I freaked out.

They nodded their heads as I joined them jumping on the sofa.

"Oh my god. What company??"

"Well, modest management is managing us and we've been signed at Hi or Hey records!!" Ashton said.

"Oh and one more thing.." Mikey said.

"One Direction followed ussss!!" He jumped around once again.

"Holy shit. Shut up. You have to freaking tell them to follow me!" I demanded holding on to Michael's leg.

"Okay okay.." He laughed.

"Oh yeah we have a final meeting later with management, right guys?" Luke reminded.

"Yeah.. Wonder what's it about, I mean we talked everything through though." Calum said.

"Well let's just wait and see."

"Okay who wants to eat some lunch? My treat!" I screamed.

They all raised their hands in unison, we all headed outside and hailed a cab to go to McDonalds.

Upon arriving, mikey and I raced to the cashier to give our orders.

After stating our orders, we patiently waited for our meals and headed over to a table nearby.

"So Heather's birthday is coming up.." Michael started the conversation.

"Oh yeah! What do you wanna do for your birthday Heather?" Luke asked.

"Well.. I don't really know. Surprise me anyways." I told them.

"Oh so you want a surprise from us guys aye?" Calum said.

"Yeah! Why not?"

We all laughed and continued eating our meals.
