Journal Entry - PscychWard - Patient's progress

Patient: Hawks

Hawks hasn't been showing signs of progress.

This is to be expected due to his sudden change in medication which has caused him to slowly go into withdrawal due to his dependence on the antipsychotics.

I have been consistently measuring his shaking and noticed they had spiraled for the first few days, but seemed to die down as his body got used to the absence of his certain medications.

This is exactly what I feared.

His reaction toward the over-the-counter painkillers has been a success already.

His consistent headaches and body aches have gone down tremendously ever since he has been regularly taking his medication.

Overall he has been showing a positive improvement which makes me wonder...

It worries me to say this, but his diagnosis, if he continues to show a positive reaction must be re-evaluated.

It saddens me to write this but...

A part of me hopes I'm wrong.
