Chapter 3: A "Mini" Date

**Jewel's POV**

I kept thinking about Niall. He actually asked ME on a date today.. Well at least I think it's a date... Oh well, even if its not i hope ill have a fun time. Then i got a text from Niall saying he was here. Oh my god! I'm so nervous. I grabbed my keys and headed out towards Niall's car.

"Hey there Jewel!" Niall said to me.

"Hey!" I answered.

"You ready for a fun day?" Niall asked.

"Hell yeah! But your so corny Bab-" I stopped myself.

"Were you just about to say babe?" Niall asked while chuckling.

"Yeah, I Just-" Then i stopped myself again.

"You just what?" Niall asked, sort of concerned.

"I just like you..." I said.

"Oh really? Haha, you're too cute love" Niall said chuckling again

. I started blushing and i looked out the window. "You alright?" Niall asked. "Of course, I'm just blushing.." I started blushing again.. There was an awkward silence in the car.. Niall couldn't stop smiling, it's like he was dating me.. but we are just friends.. I want to be more than friends though...

"Here we are." Niall said calmly.

"where are we?" I asked.

"It's a carnival silly! I planned on spending the whole day with you... If you want not like you have to I mean--" I then interrupted Niall.

"Don't be nervous. Think of this like a mini-date!" I said.

"Yeah, I guess so..." Niall said with a sigh. "anyways lets go on that huge roller coaster!"

I was nervous but it is worth it. Niall and I started walking towards the huge roller coaster called, "The Hulk." Niall seen how scared I was and grabbed my hand and said, "don't be scared baby, I'll hold you tight." I kept blushing. We boarded the Hulk and I was still a little scared but as Niall promised, he held me tight and wouldn't let me go. Then on the big drop we both screamed, "AHHHHHHHH!" It was a pretty scary drop but really fun. Niall was still holding me close but he was shaking. It seemed as if he was more scared than me! But I doubt that. He was a lot braver than I would ever be. Soon the ride ended. Niall finally said, "That was fun, maybe we should go on some more rides don't you think?" I nodded as quick as possible. We went on Roller Coasters, Tea cups, Free Falls, And all sorts of other things! It was exciting. We finally got a bite to eat at Johnny Rockets. Their food was amazing! But Niall had about eight burgers and a milkshake.. I was pretty surprised but it was a really fun time. 

"you okay Jewel? You Look... Sick?" Niall said concerned. 

"I'm fine, just really surprised I'm hanging out with you, your just so fun!" I answered. 

"Oh really? Thanks for the compliment!" Niall said while smiling. 

"Aww your smile is so cute Niall!" I said complimenting him. 

"You think? I'm really insecure about my smile.." Niall said smiling again, but then the smile turned into a grin. 

"Listen Niall, my opinion is the only one that matters... I care for you Niall, like a lot... and even though we're not dating, I think of us as boyfriend and girlfriend, Niall, I'm falling for you, pretty hard too.."I explained. i can't believe i said that.

"Jewel, Will you go out with me?" Niall asked under the moon lighten sky, with bright lights from the rides.

"Oh yes Niall! Yes i will!" I jumped in his arms and he caught me, He held me tight and said, "I'm glad your my baby." I started smiling and couldn't stop. I felt like it was a dream. But, it was reality. I was so happy, I can't believe this was happening.

**Niall's POV**

Oh my gosh i asked Jewel out, and she said yes! Like, this is amazing, I can't even believe it. I looked at Jewel and whispered, "See all those stars in the sky? Each star represents how beautiful you are, so lets say there at three trillion stars, that's how much more beautiful you are than all the rest of these girls." Jewel looked at me and smiled and she looked at my lips like she wanted to kiss me, I started moving towards her, grabbing her hips while bringing her closer to me, going to kiss her.

"Excuse me but the carnival is closed. You have to leave now." The officer said.

He interrupted my chance to kiss Jewel. I just wanted to kiss her once, to feel the touch of her soft, big, glossy lips. They looked so perfect. Their just so kissable. Then her hair, the perfect long, straight, brunette hair. She's so perfect.

"Let's head out babe." Jewel said.

"Oh, right!" I said to Jewel while walking her to the car.

"Babe, can i ask you something?" Jewel asked me.

"Yes, what is it gorgeous?" I asked.

"Why didn't you kiss me back their?" Jewel asked, a little sad.

"The officer came around and i just lost the feeling in the moment.. But, let me kiss you.." I explained to her.

Then i came in the back of Jewel grabbing her hips and i kissed her neck. She turned around while biting her lip, then i spinned her around and kissed her. It wasn't just a tap, it was like a long, deep, passionate kiss. She smiled and said, "Thank you for tonight Niall, I needed this." I drove Jewel home and she couldn't stop smiling. I think i actually made one person so happy. Then i reached Jewel's apartment. "Goodnight Babe." I said. She kissed me on the cheek and said goodnight.

Finally, I get to be with a girl i actually like a lot, I thought to myself. Just one thing i have to worry about, Harry and Louis...
