Carmela is driving her car with Becca sitting beside her in the passenger side. Becca is staring out the passenger window and Carmela glances to Becca and focuses back on the road ahead of her. Carmela asks "Something on your mind?" Becca looks to Carmela and shakes her head "No" Carmela says "You know I might not have given birth to you and I'm not your birth Mother but I raised you since you came out of the hospital weeks old, so I know you better than you know yourself and there's somethings troubling you...is it Brendan?" Becca looks to Carmela and says "Yeah he's wanting to talk and I don't know what to do" Carmela asks "Let me ask you a question, do you love him?" Becca looks ahead at the road in front of them and says "Yeah I love him, I know he's got his demons but I love him Mom". Carmela sighs and replies "Well then you should speak to him" and Becca looks to Carmela and asks "Really? You think so?" Carmela nods and answers "I do Twinkle, you could at least hear him out" and Becca nods as she ponders.

Brendan is sitting on the sofa when Christopher walks out of his bedroom and looks to Brendan and says "You're up early?" Brendan replies "I couldn't sleep, so did you talk to Becca?" Christopher walks into the kitchen area and opens the fridge as he replies "I did, listen Bren I'd just give her some space" Brendan says "This is my own fault for freaking out and opening my big mouth" Christopher pours himself a glass of orange juice and looks to Brendan and says "Well maybe you'll think again next time if she gives you a chance" and Brendan sighs.
