Season 1 Episode 10 - Overprotectiveness Behaviour

PREVIOUSLY:
Becca discovered of Brendan's beating and confronted Tony and made the decision to move out.
Brendan tried to persuade Christopher to hijack Junior's trucks.

In Adam's house, Becca walks into the kitchen to see Adam standing pouring himself a cup of coffee and says "Morning" and Becca replies "Morning, can I get one of those?" Adam nods "Sure thing" Adam pours another cup of coffee. Becca says "Thanks for letting me crash here last night" Adam walks over to the kitchen table as Becca sits down at the kitchen table. Adam sets her cup of coffee before her on the table and says "You're welcome here anytime you know that" Becca nods with a smile and says "I gotta go apartment hunting" Adam asks "So you're being serious then? You're definitely moving out of your Mom and Dad's?" Becca nods "Yeah I mean he beat Brendan, I've always just went along with his overprotectiveness behaviour but now I can't ignore it anymore" Adam looks at Becca as he says "If you want you can move in here" Becca looks at Adam in shock and asks "What? You're being serious?" Adam nods "Sure, you can move in here, there's plenty of room for you and the baby" and Becca grins as she affectionately looks at Adam and says "Thanks Ads, I love you" and Adam replies "Love you right back".

At The Soprano Household, Carmela is standing at the kitchen counter putting a bunch of flowers into a vase. When Tony walks down the staircase and enters the kitchen and Carmela looks at Tony as Tony walks towards the fridge and asks "Where's the kids?" Carmela says "At school, where else?" Tony nods as he takes out a bottle of orange juice and walks towards the kitchen counter and sits down. Tony rubs the back of his neck and asks "Has she called?" Carmela glares at Tony "What do you think?" Tony sighs "She should be here" Carmela rubs her forehead and says "Well maybe if you didn't hurt her Boyfriend, she would be here!" Tony sighs "Where did she stay?" Carmela says "At Adams, don't even think of going over there, I'll handle this Tony. You've done enough damage" and Tony sighs.

Becca is sitting with Adam at the kitchen table when her cell phone rings and Adam asks "Who's that? Tony again?" Becca looks down at her cell phone and says "It's Brendan" as she picks up the cellphone and places it against her ear "Hey Bren" Brendan replies "Hey Beautiful how are you? Chris told me that you stayed out last night" Becca replies "Yeah I got into a argument with my Dad and I crashed at Adam's last night" and Brendan replies "You could have came over to mines" Becca smiles "Yeah but I needed my best friend" Brendan says "Ah I understand Babe, hey I was thinking why don't I take you for your dinner tonight?" Becca smiles "I'd like that Baby".

Later that day Christopher walks into his apartment as Brendan is sitting on the couch watching television. Brendan asks "Where were you?" Christopher replies "Had to do a job for Tony" Brendan rolls his eyes "Surprise, surprise" Christopher replies "Don't start". Christopher walks over to the kitchen area as Brendan looks at Christopher and asks "So, you thought anymore about what I said?" Christopher says "It won't work, you got any idea what would happen to us if Junior or Tony found out and you're already in Tony's bad books as it is" Brendan says "You let me worry about Tony Soprano. Aren't you sick of how they treat you, they don't treat us like equals, we're lackeys" Christopher looks at his best friend as Brendan looks at Christopher and asks "So, you in? Cause I'm gonna do this with or without you" and Christopher sighs "Fine, I'll hijack the truck with ya but we gotta be careful" and Brendan nods with a smirk across his lips.

Later that day Becca is laying on the couch watching television when there's a knock at Adam's door and Becca stands up from the couch and walks towards the front door and she opens the door as Carmela is standing before her. Becca sighs "Mom" and Carmela walks into the house and Becca sighs as she closes the door behind Carmela. Becca asks "Mom what are you doing here?" Carmela says "I thought that was obvious. I'm worried about you" Becca folds her arms across her chest and says "I'm not coming back home" Carmela's face falls into shock "What are you talking about? Of course you're coming back" Becca shakes her head as she walks towards the kitchen table and sits down "I'm not, I spoke with Adam and Adam asked me to move in with him and I'm gonna, he said there's enough room for me and the baby" Carmela sighs as she approaches the kitchen table and sits down beside Becca and says "Sweetheart I know you're angry with your Dad but it's time to come home, back where you belong" Becca shakes her head "Look Mom I love you and I love Dad but he's always been too overprotective with me, what he done to Brendan is the last straw, I'm not having it anymore. I'll still come and visit, but I need to take a step back from him" Carmela looks at Becca as she looks in thought and after a moment she asks "I know your Dad didn't react well to the news of you and Brendan and your pregnancy but why don't we have a family dinner, all of us and Brendan" Becca looks taken back in shock and asks "You're being serious?" Carmela nods and replies "Sure, it'll give us all a chance to get to know Brendan, I mean he's gonna be family soon considering he's the Father of your baby" Becca smirks "Thanks Mom" and Carmela smiles and replies "We'll do it tomorrow night around seven okay?" Becca nods and asks "Will Dad be okay with it?" Carmela smirks "You just leave your Father to me" and Becca grins.
