Chapter 3: A Bizarre Discovery!
"Daesuke! You scared me! You worried me too! Where were you, you idiot!" Montagé freaked out as she heard Daesuke.
She was frightened but was relieved that Daesuke was alright. She asked him where he had been and he simply replied that he had been in the nurses office due to his condition of having nose bleeds often. Montagé heaved a sigh of relief. She thought something had happened to him while she was on that school tour. Montagé patted Daesuke's head. Daesuke flustered as no one had ever patted him before! Montagé giggled and smiled. Daesuke apologized for disappearing so suddenly. Montagé forgave him but still gave him a warning as to not let her worry. As Daesuke owed Montagé an apple, he was off to the canteen to grab one. Suddenly, Montagé saw Daesuke's hand go through the wall as he walked out..! Montagé blinked rapidly as she saw what had happened. It was just a mind trick, she kept on thinking. Daesuke couldn't possibly have done that, it was definitely a mind trick! She thought over and over again. It was getting mind-wrecking! "Whatever!" Montagé spat out as Chloe and Aiden walked into the class, hands held together. Montagé was shook! She knew it wasn't her business to find out or poke around but she asked;
"Are you guys.. uh.. together?"
Aiden instantly turned into a tomato. Both of them refused to answer as they were too embarrassed. Turns out, yes, they were together, but in secret. So, only Montagé knew about them. Unfortunately, Montagé couldn't help but ask if they had seen a male student leave the class. Surely, they must have seen him! Right..? The moment Aiden and Chloe shook their heads as a sign of disagreement, Montagé started getting nervous. Daesuke had just left the classroom the moment the couple entered the classroom. Montagé felt like she wasn't safe anymore. She was way more insecure than usual. How could they have not seen him? It was impossible! Montagé asked the couple again, and the same answer came through. Montagé got scared. She was doubting herself now. Could she be insane? She couldn't make it all up!
"Ugh! This is ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" she freaked out, spitting out her feelings towards the incident.
How could this be happening? She went insane! After a long moment of thinking, she decided to confront Daesuke. There was no way she was going to brush this off. From the moment he disappeared, to when his hand went through the wall, to when her classmates didn't see him or at least bump into him went he left the classroom. This was far too much for her to handle. Confronting Daesuke was one thing, but how could she confront him if she can't find him? She sighed. Yes, Daesuke had helped her since she stepped foot on this school, but how could she ever ignore what had happened after? She figured she would at least clear her mind from all this problem. If she didn't, she won't be able to focus or take down anything in class. She walked along the empty hallways, passing by the lockers, and finally reaching the statue of The Founder. Montagé was fond of the history behind this school and thus decided to look into the statue. There was a small description on the The Founder's background and the sacrifices he made.
"Fascinating.." Montagé whispered to herself as she read the description. She wanted to read some books to research on. Montagé wanted to head to the library but suddenly,
