The New Kid In Town. (A Stranger things fic)

Chapter Fifteen: Finding Eddie.

"I have no idea where Eddie is."

Dustin was confused by this statement. You two were always together. No matter the day or time. "Y/n, what do you mean? He left without telling you where he was going?"

"I guess so, Dustin. I mean, a murderer doesn't want to be caught." Your hand met your mouth, surprised you just called your boyfriend a murderer. Dustin's eyes widened. "You don't really think he murdered Chrissy, do you?"

"I don't know what to think," you depressingly replied. Dustin nodded and walked ahead of you. "You know he's probably at Reefer Rick's.."

"And where is that Dustin? Because I sure as hell don't know." At this point, you were about to break down in tears. "Well, we could search for him through movies.." Dustin suggested. You gave him a puzzled look. "Yeah, we go to Family Video and look up all the Rick's that have rented movies."

You still didn't completely understand since there would be so many Rick's. But you trusted Dustin because Eddie trusted him. "Alright, I'll drive us there." While on the way there Dustin was tapping his foot to the new release 'Master of Puppets' a song Eddie had shown him right when it came out.

You knew he had been hard at work perfecting that song on his electric guitar and smiled at the thought. "Y/N TURN!!" Carried away in your own daydream you hadn't realized you almost missed the turn to Family Video.

Once you walked in, you saw the charming Steve Harrington. He brushed his hair back with his right hand. "What's the freaks (bf/gf) doing here?" he mumbled to Dustin. "Steve, stop calling him a freak," Dustin replied, "And actually, we're trying to find Eddie."

You just smiled and ignored their conversation uninterested in what the 'King of Hawkins High' had to say on the matter. Completely zoned out, you were staring at the horror moving section. Thinking of all the nights, you two binged watched horror flics until the sun rose.
