Chapter Five: Eddies move now

"There's something I wanna ask you y/n," Eddie said, holding each of your hands in his. You smiled a blushed smile. "And what might that be? Are you gonna ask me to join your nerd club again?" He rolled his eyes."For the last time, it's not a nerd club y/n! I just wanted to ask.. are you failing any classes? I may be failing mine, but we could study together."

Frowning, you scooted away "Eddie you know I'm top of all my classes, but I could help you." He smiled bigger."Alright then, so when can we study?" You thought and realized that this could be a chance."How about tonight? If you're free, " He laughed."Hell y/n you know I am , I've never not been free in the almost three months of us hanging out!"

Driving down your road, you knew Karen would be disappointed just as she already was with Mike for being in the d&d club so late already. "Aunt Karen, I'm home, and I brought a guest," dragging Eddie in by his hand. He scraped his shoes on the front mat and nearly fell when he realized you were pulling him.

"Y/n my shoes! I have to scrape dog shit off them," Eddie squealed. "Oh, and who is this young man," Aunt Karen asked as she came in from the living room, not approving of his language. You smiled. "My best friend Eddie, we're studying, he's failing like a lot." Eddie shut the front door and introduced himself."You must be Mrs. Wheeler, I'm Eddie Munson, y/n's best friend."

After the awkwardness of introduction, you brought Eddie upstairs to your room. "So this is your evil lair," Eddie spoke sarcastically. You shoved some textbooks onto the bed and brought out notes for every subject. "So, Mr. Munson," you jokingly said, "What subject may I have the pleasure of helping you with today?"

Scooting the textbooks over, Eddie moves closer to you. You blink, not knowing if you've fallen asleep again. "You know usually when a guy says he's here to study, he's bullshitting you, right? Because y/n I do actually have something to say," Eddie said, moving closer again...
