A moment

Chloe sat in the great hall at breakfast and sighed as she played at the plate of food in front of her and sighed

She looked to see Hermione granger as she stood in front of the slytherin table "chloe" Draco said as Chloe looked to her and frowned

"Can I help you?" Chloe asked as Hermione nodded

"Yes I wanted to talk to you over all of this. Over Harry and the first task. Your his sister and just because you hang out with these doesn't mean you have to act like an ice queen you owe it to Harry" Hermione said as Chloe looked to her

Chloe was in shock at what she was hearing

"I owe it to him? No I owe him nothing. I am his sister and he is the one who turned his back in me. He is the one who turned on me. Why? Because I am a slytherin and I am not an ice queen I am a nice person if you got to know me but you all turned on me. I owe him nothing and I am not going to help him" Chloe said as she went to walk off

"What sound you parents say" Hermione said as Chloe saw red ad she went to charge for her and Draco grabbed her and held her back and smiled

"She's not worth it Chloe" he said as she looked to him and nodded. She knew that he was right and she knew that going for the likes of Hermione won't do any good

"Don't you ever mention my parents again" Chloe spat as she walked out of the room

Chloe walked into the common room with Draco in her trail. He grabbed her arm and looked to her and smiled

"Chloe calm down. I'm your my best friend and I know you and I know your bad but it's okay. Your okay" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"He's my brother and I get that. We use to be close until we came here and we were sorted differently he was never to be a slytherin too but because Ron Weasley told him all slytherins are bad he turns against me. It's not fair" she said as Draco looked to her and smiled

"I know. I'm sorry. I know it sucks but you are okay in here and you don't need potter" Draco said as Chloe looked to hun and smiled as he pulled her into a hug and smiled

Chloe sat in class with Draco. She looked to the golden trio who were looking at her and glaring. She could feel her anger boil as Draco placed his hand on top of hers and smiled

"It's okay forget them" he said as she looked to him and smiled

She knew how messy it was but she knew how Draco was there for her and for that she was grateful for

Chloe looked as he rested his hand on top of hers and frowned, she didn't know what it was but she felt something between the two of them. She knew that they had a connection but she had no idea just how her friendship was going to change with Draco malfoy
