Akkun

**Y/N is Takemichi's twin sister in this one-shot, she's always had a crush on Akkun, and only Takemichi knows**

Y/N's POV~

I was looking for Michi, when I found him and his friends getting beat up. I stepped in, and punched the guy. I glared scarily and the bullies lined up under my glare, even though they were upperclassmen. "Leave them alone. If I catch you hurting my twin brother and his friends again...I'll make you regret being born." I said, scarily with a smile on my face. "Yes, Ma'am!" They said, and ran off. I took them to our house and patched up their wounds, saving Akkun for last. He refused to look at me, but I cherished this moment with him, nonetheless. I gently turned his face towards mine and started cleaning a cut on is lip. Only then, he stared at me and I focused on patching him up, trying hard not to blush. The longer he stared at me, the more my face tinted red, and I looked at him, and our eyes met. Takemichi and the others were busy placing bets out in the living room playing games, while we shared a moment. He blushed, and I noticed it was now or never. "Akkun...I...have something to tell you." I finally said, and our eyes never left the other's gaze. "What is it?" He asked, and I took a deep breath. "I... I..Ireallyreallyreallylikeyoualot!" I said, in one breath. He smiled, and I knew then he misunderstood what I had meant. "I like you too, Y/N. Thanks for patching me up." He said, before joining the others. I sighed, and began cleaning up. 'I'm such a fool..' I thought, frowning. After cleaning up the medical kit, I went into the kitchen to make food. I sighed and set the table. I went into the living room and called them in for dinner, as they were spending the night with Takemichi. "Dinner's on the table guys, I'm heading to bed, so please take care of the dishes when your done." I said, giving a tired smile. "You're not eating with us, sis?" Takemichi asked, studying me. "No, I'm more so tired than I am hungry. I'll wake you guys up early with breakfast." I said, before hanging up my apron and letting my hair down. 

I headed upstairs and went into my room. I took a quick shower, then changed into my bed wear, which consisted of mini gym shorts, and a baggy t-shirt. I decided to text Hina. 'It was a fail...I confessed...but he misunderstood. What should I do now, Hina?' I asked, and she responded. 'I'll help you. Come shopping with me and Emma  tomorrow for festival kimonos.' She said, and I nodded.  'Alright. Thanks Hina.' I sent back.

-after kimono shopping and enjoying the fstival by myself-

 I ended up meeting up with Hina and Emma, then we went to find Takemichi, found carrying Draken, Emma's date. I knew what I had to do, and I stood in front of Takemichi after he chocked out Kiyomasa. "Leave my brother alone, I would insult you but that would be insulting to the animals I'd compare you too." I said, glaring. "Oh, that cry baby had a pretty sister~ Who knew~ let's have some fun with her boys." The second in command said, and I punched him in the throat. I've never fought anyone before, just doing what I saw in movies. "Damn, Takemichy, your sister packs a punch." Draken said, and then Akkun and the others came to the rescue at the last second. We took Draken to the hospital, and I comforted Emma the best I could. The others showed up, including Akkun and the others. When the doctor came out, proclaiming Draken was fine, I sighed with relief. "Alright, I'm going to head home and change. You two should do so as well, so you don't catch colds." I said, smiling softly to Emma and Hina. We hugged and bid each other goodbye. I left the hospital, and was walking home in the rain, by myself. I let the rain soak and wash away my tears, I've never seen such acts of violence before. My nerves were all over the place, and I didn't realize I was shaking until I stopped walking to turn my face up to the sky, looking up at the dark clouds. "Looks like the sky is in the same mood as me. Is someone up there also suffering from a broken heart?" I mumbled to myself before closing my eyes and enjoying the rain. I started humming and then danced alone in the rain by my myself for a bit, before heading home. I don't want to be alone.  Suddenly, a guy approached me. "What are you doing out here alone, beautiful?" He asked, and I frowned. "I was on my way home from the hospital. My brother was injured, and now if you'll excuse me, I must head home to call my boyfriend." I said, walking around him. He grabbed my wrist and stopped me from walking any further. "You're not going anywhere, lil miss." He said, and I glared. "LET ME GO!" I yelled, and he went to slap me and I waited for the sting, but it never came. I was afraid to open my eyes, but I felt warm hands on my face and I opened my eyes to see Akkun there. "Are you alright? That asshole didn't hurt you, right?" He asked, checking me over. I blushed and held his hands to my face. "I'm fine...Akkun..will you take me home?" I asked, and he hugged me. I blushed at his warmed and hugged him back. "You're really warm, Akkun. It's nice." I mumbled. He chuckled and he held my hand and walked me home. We went inside, and I went to shower. I changed into sweatpants and a hoodie before walking downstairs, and Akkun handed me a hot cup of tea. He then went and showered and changed into his clothes he left over here. He came down and I was making us some soup. He came over and hugged me from behind. I blushed and was nervous. 'Oh no...he'll hear my heartbeat and he'll know what I really meant..then things would get awkward..' I thought, until I felt something soft and warm press against my cheek, pulling me out of my thoughts. I looked over and met Akkun's eyes, blushing. "W-w-what was that f-for?" I stuttered out, blushing. He blushed and looked away. "You looked really pretty in your kimono earlier..the boy you went with must of been lucky." He said, and I sighed. "I was alone. The person I wanted to go with, kind of misunderstood when I confessed. So, I ended up going alone." I said, and he looked at me. "What kind of jerk, would misunderstand you?" Akkun asked, and I decided it was now or never. 

I grabbed his face and made him look at me. I leaned up and pressed my lips to his giving him my first kiss. His eyes widened in surprise, and I pulled away. "Did that answer your question, or do you need another hint?" I asked, before turning back to the soup. I put them into bowls, and then covered the soup and turned off the stove. I covered it up before we ate our soup and took care of the bowls. I went to go upstairs, until he grabbed my hands. "Y-You...like me...? As in more than friends..?" He asked, blushing. I nodded. "Yeah...ever since we were little. I've always liked you... So...I confessed but I understand if you don't fe-" I said, but he cut me off by gently cupping my face and kissing me. I kissed him back, and wrapped my arms around his neck. He moved his arms around my waist and we pulled away to breathe, both of us blushing. "I'm sorry, it's just..I've always had a crush on you as well...you're incredibly beautiful...I never thought you'd like me..not in a million years." He said, and I giggled before kissing his face. "Why wouldn't I like you? You're more amazing than you give yourself credit for, Akkun. Never forget that." I said, blushing. He smiled and pulled me closer. "Then...will you be my girlfriend?" Akkun asked, and I giggled. "Do you even have to ask? Of course, I'll be your girlfriend!" I said, and we shared another kiss.
