You are a hunter. Meaning you hunt all kind of animals and take requests from the village nearby. One day tho you started your morning outside hunting for deer but something else caught your glimpse. Not a animal tho....
This is a Nightmare x Hunter...
I woke up from my sleep. Outside the wind blowing against my window lifting leaves from the ground.
Autumn...its going to be harder to find animals this way...
I stood up from my bed stretching my my body. After that I took my clothes and went to the bathroom brushing my hair and theet and changing into my new clothes.

This type was perfect for melting in with the background of the forest and it was easy to move in.
I went out of the bathroom into the kitchen and looked in the fridge... Nothing....I had to go hunting and get food. Even if I had in the shed a lot, that was the stock for winter.
The fridge door closed and I went to the front door taking my shotgun with me and my axe.
As I went outside the wind howled through the sky. I had my shotgun on the back and headed in the forest beginning my hunt.
I went to the "Rising waterfall" where most animal were to silence their thirst. The way wasn't long but I had to be careful not to be loud.
As I arrived I crouched down waiting for any animal to come. Sometimes I waited hours in the same position. If I had no luck with hunting I went to another place or the village.
But now I had to wait.... And wait... And...
There! A deer! If I managed to get this one I would have immense luck.
I positioned my shotgun through the bushes silently targeting between neck and shoulder.
I holded my breathing for better concentration and pulled the trigger.
A swarm of bird flew up being terrified of the gun shot. I made my way out of the bushes to the deer. A clean shot.
I putted the gun back on my back and dragged the deer back home.
*A little timeskip to the evening*
As I chopped the deer in portions I putted the vital organs in a bag. Mostly I brought those to the village with the head. They used it to feed dogs or set it as bait for carnivore animals.
I took my a while but I finished and could finnaly cook myself something to eat. I thought making soup would be good.
The preparations were Wild mushrooms, carrots, potatoes the deer flesh and some seasoning.
It smelled delicious. My stomach was so hungry I started salivating.
That was interrupted when I heard something outside like someone crushed trees.
I went outside taking my gun with me and loading it. It swayed through the trees fast. I couldn't see what it was but then it stopped falling down from the trees with a loud thud and bone cracking.
I slowly approached it seeing a weird black substance on it and tentacles?
What was that? It groaned and I pointed my gun at it.
Seemed like it tried to say something: "Help....me...". It list concessions after that.
I was conflicted. What should I do? ... .... ......
I putted my gun away and picked it carefully up bring it into my house.
