~24, Ghoul Street~

Ollie Akana, Izzy Garcia, and Zayto of Rafkon stood outside of the house of fellow teamate Amelia Jones. They had been told by Javier that she was sick and needed assistance. Well, Oliver and Zayto had-- Izzy just heard that Pop Pop had a cool archery set that she wanted to try out.

"Talk about convenient!" said Izzy Garcia happily. "Right when I needed practice-"

"This is serious, Izzy," said Ollie,"Our comrade has fallen and-"

"Oh Ollie," sighed Izzy and Zayto.

Pop Pop finally answered the door.

"You're here!" Pop Pop happily exclaimed."Poor Amelia has been so sick."

"We'll do our best to help," Ollie said.

"Absolutely," Zayto said.

"Is your backyard free by any chance?" Izzy asked. The boys dragged her in.

Whilst Zayto went to the kitchen to do... something, Izzy was in her own world with her bow and arrow. Ollie, however, travelled to Amelia's room.

He knocked on the door. Her response? ''Yeah, yeah, come in Pop Pop''She didn't sound sick whatsoever, Ollie was instantly suspicious. He opened the door to se her playing video games.

"Amelia?" asked Ollie.

She leapt into bed and faked a cough."Heyyy, Ollie."

"Are you fake-sick?" He inquired, annoyed.

"...What? Pssh, no!" Amelia denied unconvinicingly.

He kept his suspicions but kneeled next to her bed.

"What do I do?" Ollie inquired,"Read you a bedtime story?"

"Seriously?," asked Amelia," Have you never taken care of a sick person before?"

"Not a fan of hospitals, " Ollie sarcastically replied.

"Do you not have siblings or cousins?" She asked,"Not even babysitting?"

"Why else do you think my social skills suck?" He asked.

"Whatever..." Ms Jones said. "Hold my hand."

"No," Mr Akana bluntly responded.

"I'm cold," Amelia stated.

"You have a blanket," Ollie stated.

"Then the blanket's cold," she continued. "Hand-- N.O.W!"

He reluctantly gave it to her."I hate this."

"You love this."

Maybe he did...

Her hand was warm and comforting, inviting too. Not alot of people had that effect on Ollie Akana but Amelia Jones did.

"Alright, that's enough," Amelia decided.

"Buzzkill," Ollie muttered.

"Lest play video games!" she suggested.

"Says the sick one," he sniggered.

"I have the flu, not cancer," she retorted."Now let's play."

He sighed and emoted,"You're gonna send me into early retirement, Ames."

The fake-sick girl replied,"You've figured out my master plan."
"Now let's play Mary-oh."

"It's- it's pronounced ~Mario~," corrected Ollie.

"Since when?" mocked Amelia.

"Since its creation," said the boy.

"You are ridiculous," said the girl.

"You drive me crazy, Amelia Jones," Oliver confessed. He would add ~Crazy in love~ but he was too scared to admit it.

Whilst they played, Amelia snuggled up to Ollie.

"Still cold?" He asked.

"Always cold without you," She smiled. It made him smile as well.
"Hey, don't overtake me!"

She tried to divert his controller away from him.

"And they say I'm the mean one," he said.

"Just cause you are," she said.

"Which makes you?" Ollie asks.

"Nice to everyone but you," Amelia answers.

He then tried to divert her controller away from her.

"Meanie," her voice teased.

They finished the level.

"Am I in for seven more hours of this torture?"

"It isn't torture when you're with me, silly."

"You're right,"

"What was that?"

"Nothing..."

She ignored it and pulled out a half eaten pack of donuts.

"Midnight snack," Amelia introduced.

"I'd go with daylight," Ollie corrected, taking an empty pack from under the bed.

"...Not that much, right?"

He glared at the several pack under her bed.

"Suuure,"

"Whatever, I'm tired,"

Amelia jumped on Oliver, both of them taking a minute to rest. It was peaceful until she announced:

"I was faking," she admitted.

"Knew it," he celebrated. "I hate-love you."

"I love-hate you," she whispered on his chest.

~End~
