Naina always felt sad for herself because she didn't have many friends , didn't hang out and felt she wasn't cool. When she saw the stories of her class mates they were always hanging out , dating and had an chill life where she even got scolded for sleeping more ,sleeping less, talking alot, not talking enough , eating alot , not eating enough , laughing loudly , not laughing , studying more , not studying enough and many things .
Conversations on the dinning table were often like this:
Father : Naina's mother , if didn't make the food good today it has a bit more salt
Mother: I am not feeling well today , i am a bit tired and dizzy too.
Father : you know that now i can't get holiday and you are doing this intentionally so that i don't have a peace of mind right .
Naina : leave it na , the salt is not that much that we can't eat it.
Father : did i even ask you huh and who told you to speak . Did i give you the permission.
Naina : sorry
Father : from next time behave yourself otherwise you know the strength of my hand right
Naina : (looking down and nodded)
Father : and yes you had the test two days ago in maths. How much did you score.
Naina : yes , this time i got 8.5/10.
Father : see you are soo shameless . You can't even get 10/10 and telling your dad what to do .
Naina : i am sorry dad(teary eyes)
Father : get out of my sight and yes if even a tear drop gets out of your eyes you will receive a tight slap.
Naina : (gulped down her food as fast as she could and went into her room)
Sister : what happened why you crying .
Naina :( explained the whole situation)
Sister: you are just a f**king fool . Crying like a dumb kid .

Naina : (scrolling through phone)
Father: (stormed into the room) if didn't sleep shameless girl this is why you get bad marks. Watching phone all day . And he went out.
After few minutes
Mother: why did you open your mouth huh just shut up .
