'Many of you are surely wondering why I summoned you at this hour.' Snape said 'it has come to my attention that earlier this evening Harry Potter was sighted in hogsmeade.' he told them and whispers erupted. 'Now should anyone student or staff attempt to aid Mr. Potter they will be punished in a matter consistent with the severity of their transgressions. Furthermore any person found to have knowledge of these events or fails to come forward will be treated as equally guilty.' Severus told them all, they remain deadly silent. 'now then...' he said as he slowly walked through them, he put a hand on Sienna's shoulder as he passed. She knew this was all a rouse, she knew that he wasn't bad but she worried about what was to come.

'if anyone here has any knowledge of Mr. potters movements this evening I invite them to step forward.' No one moved 'Now.' he demanded he looked around the scared students no one moved but then Harry came up and everyone let out of gasp.

'Despite your extensive Security you seem to have a bit of a problem headmaster and it is quite extensive.' Harry told him. Severus took a step back. 'how dare you stand where he stood.' Harry declared. 'Tell them how it happened that night tell them how he looked me in the eye and he how he said he trusted you and you killed him! Sienna knows she saw!' Harry shouted and Severus pointed out his wand out defensively at harry, he hesitated when Minerva stepped forward. She shot at him, Severus didn't want to hurt her he deflected again and again and again, he locked eyes on Sienna before vanishing in a puff of smoke breaking through the window everyone cheered as Minerva lite the banquet hall. But their celebration was short-lived as the sky above them darkened in a scream rang out in the night it echoed. Harry turned the voices the students were screaming out in pain terrified. Clutching at their heads.

'I know some of you want to fight and some of you think that you might win this but that is futile. Give me Harry Potter.' Voldemort's voice echoed in their heads, 'give me Harry Potter and I will leave Hogwarts untouched. Give me Harry Potter and you will be rewarded you have one hour.' Voldemort said and his voice vanished from their heads the fire reappeared the room brightening.

'What are you waiting for someone grab him!' Pansy shouted, the slytherins agreed, but Ginny stood in front of him protecting him his friends circles around him.

"Stop it!" Sienna spat. "We are not giving up Harry!"

"You should be on our side Snape!" Pansy shouted back.

"I'm on the side of good!" Sienna countered.

'Students are out of bed! Students are in the corridor!' Filtch said running in with Mrs. Norris his cat, in his hand

'Students are supposed to be out to bed but as it turns out your arrival is required.' Minerva informed him. 'lead Miss Parkinson and the rest of the Slytherin house out of here... excluding Ms. Snape.' Sienna offered the smallest of smiles. The end was coming.

'Where to?' flitch questioned.

'Preferably to the dungeons.' Minerva said and the Slytherin house was removed. 'what do you need Harry?'

'I just need time' he told her.

'Do what you have to do I will secure the castle... And harry it is good to see you.' Minerva told him.

'It's good to see you too Professor.' Harry replied. "Sienna..."

"Harry, whats going on? Is he coming, is Voldemort coming now?"

"He is... we are going to stop him." Harry told her confidently.

While Ron and Hermione tried to find a way to destroy the horcrux. harry went to the Ravenclaw common room to try and find a clue to what the next Horcrux would be.

'His name is Voldemort you might as well use it he's going to try and kill you either way.' Minerva said as she summoned protective spells the statues coming down from their podiums

'Hogwarts is under attack do your duty to your school.' she said as they marched forward. 'I've always wanted to use that spell.' she admitted to Molly excitedly as Flitwick cast a spell of his own all the professors putting a protective barrier around Hogwarts. Dementors circles just beyond the border as it's sealed around Hogwarts sealing it off protecting everyone inside.

'They never learn. Such a pity.' Voldemort said looking at the protected Hogwarts

'Shouldn't we wait my Lord?' Voldemort shot him a glare.

'Begin.' Voldemort declared death eater army shot their wands out casting a spell against the barrier it was like fireworks as their spells tried to penetrate the boundary.

After talking with Rowena Ravenclaw's daughter Harry knew where to go to find the next horcrux he was off. The room of requirement.

'If you need to ask then you will never know and if you need and if you know you will never need to ask.' She had told him.

The death eaters ran breaking through the barrier but the moment they cross they disintegrate into nothing. They stood outside it confused frustrated angry. Minerva stood victorious for now.

The fang had destroyed tom riddles diary they could only hope that it would do the same to the other objects. Hermione smashed the fang down into the goblet, it spiraled away from them once pierced. Voldemort screamed out, water rushed towards them flooding them. Harry panting out in pain as well. He felt it each time a horcrux was destroyed. Another piece of Voldemort's soul was gone.

"I think we did it." Sienna said hugging her father.

"I'm so sorry these past few years have been so hard." Severus told her. "But it is not over yet my love."

"No the horcruxes, they are being destroyed. We can kill him. We can end this and we can start over." Sienna told him.

"I need you to go, Sienna."

"What? No. its almost done." Sienna assured. He put a pork key in her hand and pulled her behind him.

'You have performed extraordinary magic my Lord with this one in the past few hours' severus told Voldemort as he approached.

'I am extraordinary.' Voldemort corrected 'but the wand resists me.' He held the wand in his hand and Sienna shook nervously behind her father.

'There is no wand more powerful.' Severus informed him 'tonight when the boy comes it will not fail you. I am sure of it.' Severus told him 'it answers to you and you only.'

'Does it?' Voldemort peered past Severus. "Hello little one... are you ready to join us too?'

'My Lord?' Severus questioned his hands behind his back as he fumbled with the port key doing a silent spell. Sienna released a shaky breath as she clung to her fathers back.

'The wand does it truly answer to me? You're clever man Severus surely you must know...' Voldemort said circling around him. 'where does it's true loyalty lie?'

'with you. My Lord..' Severus assured

'The elder wand cannot serve me properly because I am not it's true master.' Voldemort told him 'the elder wand belongs to the wizard that killed its last owner.' he took threatening steps towards Severus 'you killed Dumbledore Severus. While you live the elder one cannot truly be mine. You have been a good and faithful servant Severus but only I can live forever.' Voldemort informed him.

'my Lord?' he questioned as Voldemort sliced at him.

'Nagini kill' Voldemort declared Nagini snapped at him leaving bites all over his body. Sienna screamed but Severus accessed the port key and Sienna disappeared.

"Where did Sienna go?" Harry questioned looking around as Severus dying body. "Did he-''

'Harry you are the final horcrux.' severus whispered. 'You must die before voldemort can ever fully be gone.' He could only hope he got Sienna far away from this realm.
